Shop is nicely located in Pasing We didn't have a good experince at all After waiting for quite a while the staff was unfriendly and unmotivated to help or recommend a solution; it seemed the shop has not enough staff for a saturday and they were happy to get people out of the shop; the guy who served us also didn't seem to have the necessary knowledge. We just wanted to buy a helmet for our son and definitely would not recommend to go there without an appointment even for small things; a lady who just wanted to return a small item was also sent away after waiting and was told to return during the week! Not the customer centricity you are looking for!

I took my bike here for a service. It was a leased bike – all the paperwork was there! When I picked it up, they forgot to bill Deutsche Dienstrad… the documents had suddenly disappeared; so it was back to square one – annoying, but these things happen. All the work was done, including replacing wear parts and the brakes – so far, so good… However, I set off with a rubbing brake… so I went back the next day. Their promise that it would stop in a few days unfortunately didn't hold true. They could have at least taken another look at the bike… especially since they were already billing the leasing company and then charging an additional €80 because the Full Service Premium Package with Deutsche Dienstrad doesn't cover their fees! WOW! After a few weeks, I adjusted the brakes myself – it couldn't have been that difficult… and the rubbing was gone. However, the reason I'm writing this review, and what really puzzles me, is this: The display on my bike was defective – so it had to be replaced. I received the replacement display under warranty. They quoted around €200 for replacing the display! I turned around and went to Lucky Bike. Their service fee was €30. A small difference. Unfortunately, you get the feeling they're just out to exploit the customers… the shop used to be called "Cycle" – back then, the price was right!

A sensational store with an incredibly great team. Due to the distance, I unfortunately couldn't visit in person, but I had a fantastic online shopping experience and I have to say that the communication from the very beginning was sensational. Excellent advice, absolutely no pressure until I made a purchase decision, and I was able to buy with complete peace of mind. Even after the purchase, the customer service was simply sensational, with lots of tips and helpful support. You rarely find this kind of service anymore, both in brick-and-mortar stores and online. This team is incredibly good. I can definitely recommend them. I would shop there again anytime, and if I ever have a service question, I will contact this amazing team. Thumbs up all around! Best regards from the Lower Rhine

I spontaneously dropped by with my bike, which wasn't shifting properly. They immediately started repairing it. After a couple of quick checks and a test ride, everything was working perfectly again. I didn't even have to pay anything extra for the adjustments. In the end, I even got some helpful tips for the future. Highly recommended.

I received advice from a total of three employees before I purchased my bicycle. Each one was friendly, competent, and took the time for me, even briefly during their lunch break or after work. I wasn't pressured into a purchase; instead, I was allowed to take several test rides and was encouraged to think it over and come back again. When I did, I was able to take several more test rides. My bicycle, including my special requests, was assembled in less than a day, so I was able to take it with me on vacation. Last week, I also had to get my bicycle repaired (a nail in the tire and adjusting the gears), which was done flawlessly and quickly. Based on some negative reviews, I had submitted a workshop appointment request online. However, I received a response that I could simply drop off the bicycle and pick it up the next day. And that's exactly what happened.
