The name says it all. If you’re in the market for a nice bike, Munix Finest has one of the best selections of top tier bikes. Whether you’re looking for a nice commuter, family cargo, or fun weekender, they have everything you need and excellent customer service to go with it. Warning though, you may go in wanting one bike, but you may like the bikes so much that you leave with two, like my wife and I did. 😄 Also, an additional thank you to Thomas, who was very helpful, personable, and responsive in helping my wife and I in English, as German isn’t our native language. 5 stars all around.

It seems that this shop doesn't need new clients. We arrived today at 17:45. Yes, they were about to close but we just wanted to have a first impression and look for a Lastenrad. Nobody from the team said hello to us. We asked to a first person if we could still have a look, he barely answered and started to check his phone. Then we talked to a second person asking where we could see the Lastenrad and he answered they were all getting back inside as they were closing. Which I understand, but then maybe offering to come back, giving us a visit card, or just being friendly. And on top, no goodbye, no thank you or see you soon. Maybe we haven't been cool enough for this place. We will then spend our budget in another shop.

Friendly service until you buy a bike. After you give them your money though, they don't really care anymore. You'll just get laughed off when asking for help with an issue with the bike you just bought a few days ago instead of actually helping. If you don't care about service at all this may be a good option, but in that case you might as well order online...

I recently bought a cargo bike here. The experience form test drive, buying and service was all great. Everybody is friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to help. Would buy from here again.. and probably will.

I bought a Gravel bike here after trying lots of other bike shops around Munich. Klaus listened closely to my wishes and gave me really good advice on which bikes and options would be best suited for me. The service was friendly and Klaus took lots of time with me. For example, I had a comprehensive bike fitting which even included checking my cleats were correctly adjusted. I'm delighted with the bike I bought and would wholeheartedly recommend Munix bikes.

Great service from Thomas at Munich Finest Bicycles and we didn’t even buy anything. We are on holidays in Munich from Australia, but planning to return in 2025 and buy two E-touring bikes from MFB, for European touring, leaving the bikes in storage as flying with E-bikes is very difficult. Thomas went out of his way to explain the types of bikes that would suit us and a quick test ride of various bikes. Great range of all types of bikes.

I worked with Paul, the owner, leading up to a bike trip I was planning in Germany. I ordered an IDworx bike while still in the US and, long story short, everything went smoothly and the bike was waiting for me the day I flew in. Anna was wonderful and got everything set up and checked out... saddle bags, comfy saddle, tools/repair kit, lock etc. and I was on my way. After a few weeks of wonderful touring in Europe I dropped the bike off at the end of my trip and they did the first service and got it boxed up for me to take back to Denver. Again, everything smooth and flawless. A few weeks and some paperwork later I got the sales tax reimbursed (which is quite substantial in Europe). These guys are crazy busy like every other bike shop during Covid but Paul, Anna, and the Munix team did a great job. Highly recommended!

I went to purchase a BMC (they are one of Munich's only providers) and they were very helpful. They let me go on a 10 minute test ride on a similar bike to make sure I was happy with my choice. They then ordered it in and built it for the following day! When it came to buying it: they gave me the opportunity for another test ride. The mechanic also offered to move the rack from my old bike to the new one! Bastian and his colleagues are very knowledgable and their customer service is second to none!

Awesome shop. Henry was a straight up pro. Stopped here during my three month tour of Europe and so glad I did. Really really stoked with the quality!

Bas and team are superhelpful and professional, whenever I have a problem with my Brompton, I can ALWAYS rely on the team in Wörthstraße! Service is really lighting-fast, flexible and 100% knowledgeable on any aspect of my lime-green racer.
