The shop seems to be bankrupt, and that's a good thing before more customers get ruined. Our e-scooter was also in the container and wasn't repaired. After three months, a message was sent to ALL customers with scooters in for repair, telling them to pick up their e-scooters as soon as possible due to "restructuring"... yeah, right. Stay away from them; you won't be happy.

WARNING! My e-scooter has been in for repairs for three months. After endless phone calls, I was given three pickup dates. And three times I arrived alone in front of locked containers. Now they're offering me pickup on Christmas Eve or Boxing Day between 5 and 7 pm. I'm letting the police handle this.

The worst place ever! Never get your scooter repaired there. If you have a problem, you'll get it back with ten! I just wanted to replace my mudguards (I even ordered them online beforehand). They lost parts of the scooter, scratched it everywhere, damaged my display, and did incredibly unprofessional work. They even ruined parts of my scooter without having any replacements or suitable parts.

Pros: The repair was done properly at a fair price. Cons: Several organizational shortcomings: - The pickup time was given as "by 6 p.m." I arrived at 5:40 p.m., but no one was there; I drove 50 km for nothing. - Instead of the agreed-upon €20, I was charged €70. I did get the money back later via PayPal, but why should the customer suffer when the manager and mechanic don't coordinate? - No invoice, no card payment, and the repair took place in a remote container. Please don't misunderstand: I'm grateful for the repair, but everyone should know what they're getting into.

Completely unprofessional: First of all, the promised pick-up service didn't exist. I was promised someone would contact me, but this never happened. So I had to bring the e-scooter in myself. The mechanic didn't even know I was bringing my scooter, which begs the question of why I had to make an appointment in the first place. Furthermore, I had to enter my details a second time on site. The mechanic gave me a verbal estimate of €70 since I had brought my own spare tire and offered that if I paid an extra €30, the repair would be completed immediately. Very strange. I didn't accept the offer. I was told I would receive an email as soon as the repair was completed. I didn't receive an email and had to contact the company myself. Apparently, the scooter had been ready for a week already. So I picked up the e-scooter. They wanted me to pay in cash or via PayPal. Also strange. And then, suddenly, the price was supposed to be €100 because I had brought the wrong tire. So I wanted my tire back, but they didn't have it anymore because they'd installed it on another e-scooter without my knowledge. Their explanation was, "Okay, then we'll do 90 euros. We're offering 10 euros for the tire I paid 30 euros for." I wanted my tire back, so they gave me one of their 10-euro tires. When I mentioned that we had discussed a different price, they only addressed how the rear tire is harder to replace, even though it was clear from the initial quote which tire it would be. I cannot recommend this company. Very unprofessional. A rip-off. I was promised an invoice by email. We'll see if that happens.

Excellent service. Super competent. Top-notch work. 👍🏻 Our e-scooter had a flat tire, and we had them replace it with a solid rubber tire. They were super competent and even gave us some helpful tips. It's best to call ahead; that way, the scooter handover always went smoothly. It's still a small company, so there's no big showroom, just a small, well-equipped workshop in a container park, but they offer excellent service and fair prices. We'll definitely be back for a service or when our next pneumatic tire goes flat.

Well, the manager has been very friendly so far, but today he made a small mistake. He initially told me I could pick up my e-scooter tomorrow, but then suddenly, shortly after 9:00 PM, he said I couldn't pick it up until Thursday. What's going on, Nika+? I really don't mean any harm, and I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't ban me, but a little more clarity regarding the pickup time would be appropriate, in my opinion. This doesn't mean you're a bad person at all; quite the opposite: you answered all the questions I asked you last Thursday, but please pay more attention to scheduling. Best regards, Siyar Ali Scheuerer Addendum: I was there on Monday, and the mechanic was unfortunately very unfriendly. He himself hardly speaks any German. But since there's unfortunately no other way to find an expert for an e-scooter, I'd rather stick with them for now.

We rented three scooters. They were delivered and picked up on time (right at our apartment). The scooters were in very good condition. Charging cables, locks, and a phone mount were included. The scooters were a Ninebot brand, so they were of good quality. However, we rode them very rarely due to the inclement weather.
