Not sure how a company with customer service like this only has three reviews. I had a great experience with Jason, the owner. I ordered a 2025 Nitro Dinghy 155 from another online shop and had it canceled twice in one week, which was super frustrating—especially since I’m leaving tomorrow for Christmas and then heading straight on a snow trip where I really wanted to use the new board. Since there was no way it would arrive in time, Jason went above and beyond and offered to personally deliver the board to my place (I think he also lives in Munich). Couldn’t be happier with both the board and the service. Huge thanks, Jason! I’ll definitely be coming back here if I buy other Nitro products.
