The triathlon training camp was a complete success for me and far exceeded my expectations. The organization was professional, structured, and at the same time pleasantly relaxed – just the right mix to fully concentrate on training and recovery. The high level of expertise of the coaching was particularly noteworthy. The sessions were well-structured, individually adaptable, and clearly explained. Whether swimming, cycling, or running – you could tell that the coaching was based on experience, a well-thought-out plan, and passion. Different fitness levels were also taken into account at all times. The training conditions on site were excellent: ideal courses, good equipment, smooth operations, and ample time for recovery. In addition, the interaction with the other participants was extremely motivating – a very pleasant group, both athletically and personally. I'm leaving this training camp not only with noticeably improved fitness, but also with renewed motivation, valuable training insights, and a great deal of enjoyment in the sport. I would participate again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend the training camp.

As always, a dream trip to Lanzarote with Daniel and his Ocean and Sports team – top-notch support, top-notch training, top-notch atmosphere… and all under plenty of sunshine. Looking forward to the next camp already.
