Customer focus, honesty, and price are all spot on here. For me, it's the best place in Munich for bicycle repairs. I've had four of my bikes repaired at this shop now, including my older Moser racing bike. The quality and service have always been excellent, even for specialized jobs (like servicing an older Campagnolo cup and cone bearing). Very good!

Absolutely top-notch, friendly, courteous, and responsive. I haven't been so pleasantly surprised in a long time; my chain suddenly broke, and it was fixed immediately. I even got a quote for other potential repairs on the side, all much cheaper than the competition. This is my go-to shop from now on!

Very competent staff! I came without an appointment and they really took time to look at my problems. I briefly explained what was broken on my bike and they immediately understood and gave me a very exact estimation of the final price. I will come back if needed

Fast friendly service at reasonable prices. Plus you can pay on card. Rebuilt and serviced bike plus new chain after I boxed it to fly home and all done in less than 48 hours. Happy to recommend
