I recommend this bike shop because the staff is friendly, helpful, offer advice for free, professional, very competent and fast with repairs, and charge a fair price for their service and products. I purchased a trekking bike with most of the features I wanted. After paying, the owner recommended I ride it for a week and bring it back if I wanted adjustments. After one week I returned, we discussed my upcoming 2000 km tour and made some changes. I added puncture-resistant tubes, a side view mirror, he upgraded my handlebar grips for free, and we retro-fitted my used handlebar bag and pannier rack on this frame. When I returned from the tour, a mechanic replaced my cassette and chain, adjusted my brakes, and “cleaned up” the bike in two days. The gears move seamlessly and silently now, and the bike seems to ride better than it did when it was new. The mechanics attention to details was impressive. Bike shops like this improve my quality of life because they take pride in their work and deliver quality workmanship.

Highly recommended! Very friendly people and super good service. I left my bicycle in the shop to change the tire yesterday evening and it’s already fixed this morning. Price is reasonable. They also fix some other little issues and right now my bicycle works super well!

Highly recommended!! Super super great experience with these guys. Went in with a broken pedal / crank arm and they managed to fix it up for me without needing to buy expensive new parts. And FAST! It only took a grand total of 1 hour until I was back on the saddle. English communication was no problem either. Will be back!

Efficient, competent and friendly. The free hub of my bike was not working properly, they repaired it as well as possible so that I could bike for a while longer.

A few weeks ago I got a flat tire at 8:30 on my way to work. I realized I needed to replace not just the tube (der Schlauch) but also the whole tire. Fortunately, this store was open and was able to fix it on the spot at a reasonable price. I paid 40 for a high quality tire and 7 for a high quality tube. Labor was 18, which was worth it for on the spot service that allowed me to get on with my day. Plus, in fixing the tire he did some other minor tweaks so that the bike has been running better ever since. Overall my experience here was much better than at other bike shops in Munich, which sometimes refuse to do even very simple repairs on the spot. This place is a huge improvement for the neighborhood and I will definitely be going back next time I need parts or repairs.
