Alexia, Erwin, Nikki, Endy were all awesome. This Peloton store is amazing and the idea of having workout stations is a great value add. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us through the process from start to finish. The only regret I have was not knowing about this for the first day of my visit to Munich.

The most amazing Peloton experience I’ve ever had! Alexa was amazing and welcomed us in during our stay in Munich. If you’re in the city you have to come by!!! The studios are amazing and the showers are beautiful. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Alexa :)

The Peloton Munich team is amazing! Alexa, Andi and Marie went above and beyond, letting me ride 2x while visiting…even playing with my kids in the showroom. They were so kind and made me feel right at home. Never been more proud to be part of the Peloton family 🥰

If you are interested in purchasing a smart exercise bicycle or other smart exercise equipment, the Peloton boutique is worth checking out. The boutique is located on Odeonsplatz next to the large church and opposite the entrance to the gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The health precautions are excellent and everyone is required to wear an KN95 (FFP2) mask.

I bought my bike+ through the Munich, GER store all via email and phone. Yassi was my main point of contact and she was so helpful and supportive before buying, during the transport process and afterwards! Peloton even emailed me recently to say I was paying two memberships, I contacted Yassi and her team fixed it immediately and gave me a credit. So friendly, so inclusive, together we go far!!! (Yes, I drank the Peloton coolAid) Peloton has changed my life. It’s given me a global community of likeminded people and the trainers are my therapists. Cannot say enough good words about it, can’t wait til the Tread lands in Germany!
