In February 2026, I had the pleasure of visiting Profishop München again, and I can say this without reservation: it's currently one of the best bowling shops I know in Germany. The service is consistently excellent and clearly stands out from the crowd. From the initial consultation to the final handover, you can feel at every turn that someone with genuine passion and the highest level of expertise is at work here. Jan, the owner and operator, consciously takes a lot of time for each customer. He listens carefully, analyzes individual playing habits, and explains every decision with a calmness and competence that is rarely found. This isn't a quick sales pitch—it's genuine, personalized service of the highest caliber. The selection of novelty bowling balls is impressively large and up-to-date. Anything not immediately available is ordered quickly and easily upon request—without any fuss. However, what particularly impressed me was the service surrounding the bowling balls themselves: from the perfect selection to precise drilling and professional refurbishment, everything here is world-class. Even the smallest details, such as precise matting, polishing, choosing the right surface texture, or fine-tuning the ball's responsiveness, are meticulously discussed and implemented. You immediately notice: here, the focus isn't just on sales, but on the results on the lane. Anyone who bowls seriously and values a ball that perfectly suits their game and doesn't just "sort of work" will find exactly what they're looking for at Jan's Pro Shop in Munich. Here, they don't just sell – they tailor their products. I always enjoy coming here and will continue to do so. An absolute top recommendation for all ambitious recreational and league bowlers. I went there the day before yesterday to get my balls filled. I received excellent advice from an older gentleman, and you can have a great chat with him about anything and everything. Since filling a single hole wasn't on their price list, they gave me a custom quote. The service usually takes 2-3 days, but the gentleman offered to do it in 24 hours. He kept his promise! The next day, I was able to see the results and was very pleasantly surprised! I'll definitely be back!!

I was looking for a new ball and therefore sought advice in person. What particularly stood out for me: - The staff listened to customer requests. They didn't try to push their own products. They took the time to understand the information I had already gathered and helped me better grasp its implications for my game. - They even procured a bag that wasn't readily available for me at a competitive price. - My fingers were professionally measured. I had the impression that they were very meticulous, which would later prove beneficial. Once the ball arrived in the bag I had ordered, it fit perfectly right away. I could start playing immediately. Now comes something you really don't see every day: After a few weeks of frequent play, my wrist started to complain. So I called and asked which hand splints they had in stock. I figured I'd need one. The answer on the phone was: "No. I'm not selling you a splint; you don't need one. Go and buy yourself a hand exercise set, a squisher, for example, and train with it in the evenings in front of the TV. That will help you more than anything else." What can I say? I did just that. It worked. Rather than selling me something I didn't need, they gave me helpful tips on how to overcome the problem. Many thanks to the Profishop team! You're honest, you're genuine. Your customers and their well-being are important to you. I'm absolutely thrilled with you! From now on, I'll only come to you for all my bowling supplies!

Total scam; product delivered was different from the product ordered (obviously of inferior quality). Customer service response. "We have been informed by our partner that the product delivered is the correct stopwatch. Unfortunately, there is an error on our website with an incorrect image. Hanhart also informs us that the stopwatch shown on our store is no longer available in our assortment. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are deeply sorry for this error. We are offering you the option to keep the product in exchange for a 25% discount, which we will refund to the payment method you chose when you placed your order. Please let us know, in a direct reply to this email, if you agree." Needless to say, the product ad continues to display the misleading image. Since I had to spend an extra 15 euros due to a chaotic UPS delivery, I'm a huge loser and couldn't care less about their 25% discount.
