Customer service was very bad. Its sad that big international store like PUMA in Munich in the Centre have unprofessional people working for them. The man at the cashier pass 2 days 10th August and 11th August is the most rude and unfriendly salesman I have ever come across. Sales man there weren't helpful at all except for one. Disappointing experience.

Even i did not find what I am looking for in the store but still can purchase it online from PUMA , Staff were really friendly and cheerful and really made my day the visit to such store

Very obsolete service approach. Not possible to try on certain items. When it comes to underwear, not even possible to unwrap it to see what it looks like! It is 2022 when we can buy everything online, try it at home (with a much better lighting) and return it afterwards without any problem. So the existence of this shop is literally pointless.

Staff allowed us to stay after closing time. Great customer service. I forgot staff name but they were a gentleman with Iraqi background and a lady with an African background.

A fun quite store close to the city centre, not too many products there but enough to try things out and probably buy smth.

So nice is Puma shoes ,took 2 Puma shoes from Germany Poing shop in year 2014 June ... It's still the same as I brought.it at a very low cost 48eu and still using it every day. Thank you very much till next . Neety
