I have just purchased a gravel bike here. All staff are super friendly, open and extremely knowledgeable. In case you are looking for a gravel bike, a road bike, mountain bike or e-bike (they offer all kinds of bicycles), I highly recommend going here. The experience in this shop was a lot better than in most other shops I have been to. Thanks again everyone at Rabe Bike Schwabing, can’t wait for my first rides.

you can get better costumer service from a dog than you can get at this location. would love to rate the assistance I received but that would’ve required someone to actually speak to me instead of having 5 grown men stare at you like you’re an alien inside their store. customer service isn’t hard but you wouldn’t know that stepping in there. the shop is very nice with some great products but if you are looking for a place that will greet you & actually help you with your questions you could do better elsewhere. very unfortunate experience.

Rabe Bike is the first Bike shop where I experienced such a good personal service. They measure you and give you great advice on the bikes they can offer. I recommend setting an appointment online. Also great advice and introduction when purchasing new bike. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Ordered a new High end E-MTB out of Switzerland, initially i was a bit worried about the procedure to export/Import the bike but the online information about the whole order process with the explanation from the friendly staff was very convincing. So I placed my order, extremely fast processing and a week later I picked up my bike near the German - Swiss border. The Bike was perfectly packed, the papers for the declarations were easily available, the custom clearance was done within 10' and everything worked like a breeze...The bike is great..waiting for spring to really enjoy my new ride:=) I am 150% satisfied and will order my future bike or accessories from these Rabe guys anytime again..Highly recommended!

Great service! I bought my bike there a month ago (Orbea Terra H30) which I am very satisfied with. Many employees speak English (not all, but they always find a way to help you) and it was easy to communicate and finalize the purchase. A week ago I started having problems with the gearbox. I went there on a Friday (almost at closing time) and they helped me with what was possible at the time (they adjusted the shift registers), but the problem demanded a little more time. They told me to come back on Monday. I went back there and they changed the shift wire and other things on the spot. Amazing service, especially since I didn't have to pay for anything. Very professional indeed.

Great service and choice. I was first in RABE Sendling and they didn’t have the bike I wanted but let me know they had it in another store. Because the stores are all connected they were happy to send me that store and didn’t pressure me into another model. In Schwabing I was measured, given some suggestions and got the bike I wanted. Easy peasy. Highly recommend visiting the store. Good prices and i think I saw a lowest price guarantee in Europe? But that could have referred to a particular bike 😇
