Vendors have excellent technical knowledge and give you best advices to orient you to the right product which fits your use profile and your budget. Bikes are well prepared and tuned for you before being handed over in the shop. Already bought 2 bikes for my wife and my son.there. Fully satisfied by the friendly recommendations

I was served by Martin when buying a new Cube Mountain Bike. Service was exact and efficient. The bike was ready for me to try at the time suggested, and he made every effort to make sure all my queries and concerns were addressed. Also a best price offer was quickly accommodated upon showing a competing offer on another site. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Very good service. The staff knew what they were selling and could answer all my questions regarding my search for a new bike - although they couldn't provide colorful bikes. But the consultation was very good and helpful! The selection of bikes they had available in store and of accessories was quite satisfactory, so I didn't have to order. Will go there again when I need something.

Been looking for a new go-to bike store after moving here. This one was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed. Bought my first mountain bike from this store a few weeks ago. Friendly staff who answered all my not-so-clever questions, helped me decide on a bike, did all the set up and also gave me helpful maintenance tips. Fair pricing is a plus and so is the six months of free service.

I recently bought a Cube bike here and I'm very satisfied. This place has the best customer service ever! The guy who helped me with my purchase (Victor) was very friendly and very professional. The bike in the frame size I wanted was not available the first time I came to the shop but they brought it for me from a shop in Rosenheim. No problem whatsoever to communicate in English. Highly recommended!

Just recently bought a new cube stereo 140 ice blue in this store. It was my second cube bike that I got with rabe. I got a great explanation of the differences of the bikes they had available and got also the chance to test them all. All in all I spent 4 hours with great consultation by Christoph and felt very happy when I left the store with my new bike. Very good price and quality ratio! Two weeks later I came back for the repair shop session they offer frequently. Now i feel very confident with my new bike.

I only recently arrived in Germany, and had to leave all my cycling gear in South Africa. RABE Bike was very helpful with regard to the acquisition of a new Mountain Bike, including all the added extras. The price could not be matched by any other outlet and the service was absolutely superb. I was able to remain within my budget margin and the purchase even included a full bike setup. In summary I am very impressed with the service and consider RABE Bike to be my number one bike shop in München.......
