I've been a customer quite a few times. (Inspection, LadeLUX installation & sales) As a passionate cyclist and DIY mechanic, it's become rare to find dealers and workshops that truly understand their craft. Sure, Rad-Kult-Tour isn't a mass-market retailer. But what Roman and his team have built is unparalleled. Here, people and high-quality products are the focus. That comes at a price. "The joy of good quality doesn't last as long as the joy of a low price." If you're looking for quality, you've come to the right place! Highly recommended! 👌

Absolutely helpful and competent! Roman has saved me several times now with expert advice, lending me tools, and most recently with screws when we were completely desperate because half the shelf had fallen apart… Thanks for being such a great neighbor! A lovingly designed shop window with an information flyer on the youth bike, written in "youth slang" and even with a translation for us old-timers ;-) My nephews would be thrilled!

It's probably meant to be funny, but even the target audience will likely find this attempt at linguistic assimilation cringeworthy. Better: learn proper document formatting. Or simply stick to your core business.

Avoid this bike shop. Like many other reviews here, the employee / owner insulted me for not speaking much German, then sold me the wrong tube / valve type. Bad experience. Dozens of better bike shops in Munich.

Owner's response

Hallo Colin,
nobody in this shop rembers a "bad german" speaking client and a problem with that....
We´re a shop for travelling bikes to explore the world and we´re english- (fluent), french- (fluent), italien- (a little) and spanish- (a little) speaking...we never insult people for no reason and bad german is no reason at all... We do a lot of travelling around the world and are used to speak other languages than the one my mother teached me...^^
Around 15 % of our clients are english speaking, so we have no problem to change the language if necessary....
We sold you a wrong tube ? We usually ask for the size of the tube and the kind of valve and if you nonetheless bought the wrong one there´s no problem to change it...
Your rating is therefore incomprehensible to us and I think you have never been here and maybe you confuse the shops on Landshuter Allee or you have another strange agenda...
You are invited to come here and solve the problem...

Best regards...

Unfortunately, the employee at this bikeshop is not quite suitable in their behavior with customers. I had an unpleasant experience, and I do not recommend this store to other bike enthusiasts.

Owner's response

Hi Leonid,

I doubt you're a customer of ours. You let Andrei goad you into writing another revenge review... Everyone has to decide for themselves how honest they want to be in life...

Bigger, friendly shop. Limited selection but they have got all the essentials. Roman and Olli are some of the most friendly folks I have ever met. You can tell they do care. One of the shop's specialties are travel and long distance bikes. Very much recommend them. One of the things I particularly like about this shop is that they go the extra mile for you. They will always find a way to help you out.

Horrible place. The owner was extremely rude. Me and a friend do not speak German and the owner had no patience on explaining to us that the shop was already closed. Instead he shout at us. Don't go there
