Didn't want to bring my bike, just needed a brake bolt & locknut for my flat bar after an accident. The shopkeeper rummaged through old parts for a while and then gave it to me. I wanted to pay for it, but he insisted that I don't. 5 stars.

The best bicycle service in München, and I have been to a few. Trustworthy, nice, and gets the job done quickly 😁 I will not go anywhere else anymore!

I went there to get my bicycle repaired and couldn't be more happy with the results. AJ is really efficent and meticulous. The price is totally fair and I will definitely come back.

Had flat tyre and the problem was solved including all other minor repairs done plus recommendations for future if I will plan it anywhere as well. Highly recommended and the best of them I was given a small height adjusting handy tool to take it with me forever also when I had nothing to adjust my cycle height.

Great local repair station. AJ is helpful and straightforward. Will walk you through whatever you may need. I had an issue with my Ebike and it was sorted within minutes. I can highly recommend Radkasten. Decent pricing for Munich too.

Super helpful, competent, friendly and quick service! I was so happy to find this!! I called because I had some issues with my front wheel and was told to come by the next day. The owner fixed the problem within minutes - thank you so much! highly recommend it!

Sent my bike for an inspection and the process was seamless and quick. I got my bicycle back after 4 days (including the weekend). Bike seems to be in a good state - overall I’m satisfied with the service!

I was here for my bike's repair. It was a second hand bike that needed to be serviced. I got it serviced and returned in a day and a half. The owner AJ is a nice chap and he is flexible as well in terms of discussing the time to drop and receive the bike. It has been only few days since I received the bike back. It is running perfectly fine till now. Also the I love the location of the shop. It is at a pretty hip location and hence there are positive vibes even during work days.

It was an excellent experience. The owner there was so helpful, friendly had excellent communication skills in german and english. i had problem with my bike while working and he said I should wait because he had work to do. But I said I will repair myself and you just only give me tools and provide information. I learned something there and he taught me perfectly. He could have charged me by telling me to change some parts but he didn't and told me to opt with repair rather than changing. He is not a big corporate looking to suck money out of you but a friendly repair center where you want to go not only when you have to repair but also just to communicate with him. And location is also plus, just 5-7 minutes walk from ostbahnhof.

AJ is an absolute hero! I arrived at his shop this morning with an issue with my gears, he fixed it in a matter of minutes. Friendly service and great value. This will be my new go-to spot for bike servicing in Munich. Thanks again!
