Disastrous service and abysmal communication. Like a previous customer, I spent six weeks chasing after my bike despite numerous calls, WhatsApp messages, and text messages before I could finally pick it up. Unfortunately, "the employee was sick for weeks," so I couldn't even be told what work had been done on the bike. The man who picked it up said "probably the brake pads," but unfortunately, everything squeaks! Very disappointing—so stay away!

For three weeks, I've been trying to find out if and when my bike, which I dropped off here on December 9th, will be repaired. No response to calls or emails...currently, STAY AWAY! Update: Communication still needs improvement, but my bike is repaired, and at a reasonable price. Hence, 3 stars!

I only bought an inner tube today because the gravel had punctured the tire during my road bike ride. The owner/seller was very friendly and helpful, though. I continued my ride in a positive mood.
