A snob fest here. I was turned away because my bike is too cheap and low quality. It is under them to fix cheap bikes. Disrespectful and unfriendly. What is the problem, I'm paying you either way?? Would not recommend. Even for an ultra expensive premium bike. I'll rather search for somebody who is friendly and doesn't mind which bike it is that needs repairing - that is what skill and confidence looks like. Not this snob fest.

Very helpful, friendly service, even for me who speaks very little German! Been taking my bike there (not bought from there) for a yearly service for many years....this year, he gently suggested perhaps it was time for a new bike. Bought (as did my wife), super service - wouldn't hesitate to recommend the owner & shop :-)

Owner was pretty unfriendly, but my problem was solved. It would be great if friendliness would be paid more attention to.

Great bike shop and friendly owner. Was really helpful in getting my bike fixed. Had the rear wheel, rear cassette, chain, front derailleur and brake pads changed. They had it done over the weekend and ready to go the next working day. This was even without an appointment. Very happy with the service. Will definitely stop by again.

This is a really terrible place with poor service. We called to make an appointment at this e bike repair shop and we were rudely told on the phone that our e bikes were too cheap although they are brand new and that that he would not even look at our bikes to adjust something really minor. I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone.

Had a problem with my rear wheel and it was fixed very quickly. Staff could also speak English which was a great relief!

I was there to fix my dynamo and rattling rear wheel guard. It was fixed quickly. I am happy to have a cycle shop in Moosach :)
