I was on business & pleasure trip. I needed a part for my R&M in the US. The staff understood my problem and actually harvested a part from an existing bike to solve my problem… right there with no questions asked. They are incredibly customer focused. I have been trying to secure the part for a few months and they solved it in 10 minutes. I cannot recommend this shop more highly. Thank you!!

In my experience, there's no better bike repair shop in Munich than Radlwelt in Feldmoching! Very reliable, absolutely professional, and a very friendly team! (Compliments to the team leader!) My bike was repaired perfectly! I highly recommend them!!!

Help! Customer threatens with an order: you arrive with your cargo bike because five spokes are broken and you want them replaced (disassemble the wheel, remove the tire and tube, replace the five spokes, and reassemble everything), and you're brushed off: "...unfortunately, we don't carry that spoke length and thickness, and besides, your tricycle won't fit in our workshop!" Thanks a lot, dear cycling underworld! I've since ordered the spokes from Amazon – they arrived in three days – and done the repair myself. Where there's a will...

We understand your frustration, especially when you're out and about with a broken cargo bike and expecting quick support. Unfortunately, in your case, we didn't have the specific spoke dimensions your tricycle requires in stock – we would have to order this spoke length in packs of 100 from the wholesaler. We'd be happy to do this for you next time if you take them off, as we have no use for the leftover spokes. Space in our workshop is also limited for larger or particularly bulky bikes, which has led to similar challenges in the past. In addition, we currently have approximately 20 bikes waiting for repair in our workshop without an appointment.<br>Your RADL-WELT Team<br>

The guys were all very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. Because they have a lot of customers, minor repairs and major repairs can take a few days. They'll send you a text message notification when the repair is complete.

Visited the shop with an Aheadset emergency. They did not have the correct replacement bearings but were able to give us BBs and grease to implement and old fashioned repair which got us back rolling. Very helpful and friendly staff and only charged us 3 Euros. Top place and highly recommended.

A very nice shop with very friendly staff. I managed to get in a spontaneous test ride even though it was almost closing time. The salesperson told me everything about the bike I wanted. I had a test ride on a Charger 4. I recommend this shop because it made a very good impression on me. I will definitely come back here.

Here, the customer is king. We've bought our bikes here before. It's certainly not cheap, but worth every penny. The salespeople take a lot of time for the customers, and you leave with the right bike, the accessories, and a good feeling, having received excellent advice. The service is top-notch. I highly recommend buying bikes here.
