A really good and necessary stop for every cyclist. Peter took his time to explain, to adjust and to guide me thru the process. I learned a lot today and for sure it wont be the last visit. Totally worth it!

I did pre-purchase bike fit and road bike fit with saddle focus (and quick aero bars setup). For context, I am relatively short (1.62m / 75cm inseam), I do endurance rather than racing and I struggle mostly with saddle issues. On the good side: everyone was friendly, everything was on time, communication was very good, the lab itself is clean, tidy and well equipped, no issues with English. Saddles can be returned after testing. On bad side: - choice of saddles to test is very limited: in my recommended width (160mm) there was just one SQLab saddle (which was uncomfortable for me)… - saddle focus: unfortunately when I wanted to access the saddle pressure images to consult with my coach for possible physio issues (not investigated during the fit) I was told they were not saved… - after the first fit I had a lot of issues I never experienced before (very bad hand and feet numbness and a lot of saddle pressure…) so I had a follow up with another bike fitter. When I asked what should I do if I keep having saddle issues, I received bib short recommendation (which didn’t help) and advice to use chamois creme (I already do), buy wider version of a saddle I found and bought myself (and the wider version turned out way too wide) and try again the SQLab saddle which I found uncomfortable during the first fit… - testing the bike position I felt like my body is adjusted to the bike not the bike to my body… - ultimately I left with the same issues I came with: I still have a lot of saddle issues and some hand numbness…

Hi Dominika,<br>thank you for your honest review and feedback.<br>I would like to comment on your points and explain our point of view.<br>- Our range of saddles is indeed not for everyone. We try to keep the range of ergonomic saddles as wide as possible, but certain widths are simply the limit and there won't be a solution for everyone.<br>We specialize in ergonomic saddles that work for almost everyone, and if it doesn't fit we give recommendations for saddles that may fit but that we don't have in stock.<br>- The fact that your pictures from the saddle print were not saved was the result of replacing the PC with a new one. the data that was saved in the saddle printing software was not transferred, so unfortunately your pictures are not saved. I deeply regret this and we have learned from this case. <br>- With every bike fitting we try to adapt the bike to the rider and not the other way around. A bike fitting is also a process that can take some time to get used to the position. In your case, you couldn't get used to this position because you have severe problems with the saddle. As a result, your body is not balanced and relaxed when cycling. This leads to problems with your hands and feet, such as numbness.<br><br>The aim must be to find a suitable saddle for you, on which you can sit in a relaxed position, then the discomfort in your hands and feet will also subside.<br>Your discomfort is not caused by an incorrect sitting position or the wrong bike geometry, but by the saddle. <br>Unfortunately, we were unable to help you solve the problem with our selection of saddles. However, we always offer free check-ups to get to the bottom of the problem.<br><br>Best regards<br>Peter & Team<br><br>

I had an appointment yesterday with Peter for a bike fit of my new road bike and as usual, the service is amazingly friendly and very professional. It was my second bike fit at Radlabor (one for my road and the other for my gravel) and both times the service has been excellent and really friendly. Funnily enough when Peter was showing me around their new spacious bike lab, it was a surprising coincidence that my neighbour was in the next room getting a bike consultation for a new bike (too funny). From my initial bike fit, I tried my hand in getting a good position on my new bike but it still didn't feel completely right. After a couple of months riding, I took my bike to Radlabor and a couple of checks and tests later, Peter did some various adjustments to my seat height, saddle tilt, handle bars tilt and cleat position. Peter showed me the videos of the before and after adjustments which seemed to improve my posture. It wasn't until I rode my bike home I could feel such a difference in my bike's handling and comfort. I find it very interesting that a cm here and a couple of mm there and some degree of tilt makes such a difference. These guys really know what they are doing! I would definitely recommend a bike fit from the Radlabor team. Thanks again Peter and the Radlabor team.

Had an excellent bike fitting session with Peter yesterday! Very competent and knowledgeable, we made significant improvements to my position and the equipment in the lab allowed me to understand and see every detail.

My appointment with Peter went quite comfortable. He is very informed, experienced and friendly. I got an appointment for Fahrrad Kaufberatung to find out my frame size and consider potential bikes for my anatomy and riding style. The measurements and reccomendations he gave was spot on, each time! When I tested some frame sizes, whatever he said was proven to be correct. Therefore, I trust him fully and I will book another appointment for bike fitting once I receive my bike. Thank you so much!

Great service and communication. I went here for bike purchasing recommendations and also a fitting after I purchased my bike. They helped with minor adjustments after my initial fitting and were quick to respond via email even with recommendations on some bike components. Thank you Peter and Uli!

Great experience. My posture and time in the saddle improved. I will always recommend a bike fit to all who want to get more time and km in the saddle. Professional and experienced team. Already added to my favourites places when it comes to bike fitting, saddle and training advice.

Professional, friendly, highly competent, and totally worth it. I did the basic sitting position analysis in Munich. The saddle and handlebar adjustments made based on my body dimensions have put me in a much better riding position. I have more control, can ride more comfortably for longer distances, and no longer get the pain at the back of my shoulder blade that I used to get after an hour or so of riding. Went to Radlabor München for a bikefit on my new roadbike. I can highly recommend Pascal and the Radlabor team! They did a full body measurement and a video analysis including power measurement to finetune my position. Also gave me great advice on which saddle type would fit me best, with all the different sample saddles they have at hand.
