Idea is good but things weren’t in the right place and in the end I ran out of time and didn’t have water left to rinse off the soap. So had to pay again to get more water. Would be good if all is in order and if you didn’t have to be penalised for this, or if it gave you a warning when to switch to the different steps.

A complete disaster. The bike shower at Rosenheimer Platz doesn't work – barely any water pressure, programs crash or don't start at all. Paid €10 for nothing. Sent multiple emails and tried calling – no response, just an autoresponder. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Absolutely disappointing!

A rip-off. Something's almost always wrong. The operators don't respond to refund requests. If it worked, it would be great.

Basically, a cool idea and great implementation. I'm a real fan of this thing and wonder why it isn't made more often... You should watch the video beforehand, though, to understand the process. Otherwise, the time will pass too quickly and you won't finish like I did the first time. 😂 Better labeling and marking of the individual washing utensils would defuse this a bit. Also, it's important to indicate which is the cleaning brush and which is the oil brush. This way, both are extremely dirty. But overall, thanks and keep up the development 👍

It's impossible for the short wash cycle to run out, especially when something malfunctions and you have to read the convoluted instructions. First, the water jet stopped halfway through the cycle, then the intensive cleaner didn't work. Then the timer ran out. The only thing that worked was that the €5 were debited from my account. I received no response to two emails. What a joke!

I was there yesterday intending to wash my bike! Unfortunately, I discovered that the bike wash station is broken 🤨! I wasn't the only one who noticed that! I went there for nothing! It would be great if the bike wash station could be repaired! But the idea of the bike wash station itself is fantastic!

Thank you so much for your message. The bike shower wasn't broken; there was a fluctuation in the mobile network, which was beyond our control. The bike shower is working again. A phone number is listed in our Google profile and on our website. If you had called that number, I could have helped you on-site, and we would both have been happy. I was there today to clean my gravel bike. Unfortunately, the user interface of the facility isn't very intuitive, so it took me two tries. The only downside is that many people leave the facility in a bad state, so you have to sort everything out first. There's a lot of interest, and I explained the facility to many passersby while I was cleaning. All in all, though, it's super useful, and my bike is clean! 👍

Thank you for your honest and detailed review.<br><br>Leave it the way you want to find it. We completely agree with you, but the problem will always exist. We're working on reducing the number of hoses; that will make it easier.

Great, I went there this morning after spotting it yesterday while out for a walk. As luck would have it, the owner was there at exactly the right time and gave me a little help with the machine. I'll definitely be back, the bike is clean!
