Disappointing experience after two storage attempts! I had now stored my e-bike at Radllager for the third time and this year also booked the check-up. My previous experiences had always been positive, so I was all the more disappointed with this year's experience. Two weeks after storage, the check-up was carried out, and I was informed that my battery was completely empty. This surprised me, as three out of six bars were still showing on the battery indicator when I picked it up, and I only had to charge it once a year – but oh well. There was no suitable charging cable available on site, and my attempt to send my own failed because the postal service couldn't deliver the package to the address listed on the website. It then took about six weeks before someone arranged for my charging cable to be picked up. During the storage period, I was informed via email that my battery was completely defective and that I was advised to order a new one from Radllager. I found it hard to believe that my battery, which I usually only had to charge once a year, would suddenly stop working altogether. The battery was then charged overnight, and it turned out that it could indeed be fully charged again. In March, the bike was returned to me – with the information that the battery was fully charged, but only delivering minimal power. Again, I was only then informed that the display and the motor wouldn't turn on at all. There was absolutely no willingness to investigate or fix the problem further. I was asked to have the bike repaired elsewhere. The only offer made was a partial reimbursement of costs in the event of a defective battery. I then took the bike to another workshop, where the fault in the electronics was immediately found – it was a loose connector. The brakes also needed adjusting (the front brake wasn't working at all). After this experience (service and communication) and the result (additional costs for another bike shop), I am, quite frankly, very disappointed. Based on my experience, Radllage lacks the expertise for the e-bike servicing they offer. For me, this was definitely the last time I'll store my bike and have a check-up done there.

Many thanks to Tobi for the great service! I picked it up the day after ordering, and the bike was back within three days. The prices are perfectly reasonable, considering the bike is picked up and delivered. Even repairing a flat tire is completely reasonable. The brakes, etc., were perfectly adjusted, and it now rides like new again (or even better :) ) I'd be happy to come back anytime!

I had my Bianchi road bike stored and completely overhauled by Tobi. It's in absolutely top condition, like new! He's a friendly guy and always available. See you next winter!

I had my bike stored with them. The pickup was very quick and easy. Tobi later recommended a few repairs, which were definitely needed. The repairs were carried out while my bike was in storage. Today, as agreed, he returned it to me in perfect condition, and I'm thrilled. I can highly recommend the service and storage. I would definitely use it again. Thanks!

I had my bike serviced for winter, and everything went quickly and smoothly. Besides normal seasonal wear and tear, it also had a slight wobble from a fall, which was fixed immediately, and now everything feels just right again. They were flexible with pickup and return times, and the appointments for the service fit perfectly into a busy schedule. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Apparently a magician. What was promised to be 4 days turned into 2. And the condition of the bikes was disastrous! Price, service, and performance are more than adequate. Hopefully, winter will come soon. Dear bike storage team, keep up the good work! ☺️ By the way, the pick-up and delivery service makes it so much easier for working people. Top!

Thanks Tobi for your quick help! The idea of pickup, storage, service, and delivery is simply brilliant. I really prefer it when I, as a customer, don't have to do anything, and this way I actually enjoy taking care of my bike :)

Best shop! Thanks to Tobe, my old racing bike runs like it used to! I don't need to say anything about the pickup and delivery service. Simply fantastic! So book an appointment. It's worth it!

Top service! Super punctual and reliable! Everything is set up perfectly! The price-performance ratio is absolutely fantastic! I'd gladly use them again and highly recommend them! The idea alone is brilliant; in recent years I've always had unmotivated people or only been able to get appointments that were very inflexible. And then Tobi picked it up and brought it back for me so easily (today, on a Sunday!). THANK YOU 🤩

Tobias (the owner) was super punctual, competent, and courteous. Pickup took about 5 minutes, and in those few minutes he confirmed everything I already knew needed to be done (brake pads, chain, shock pressure). He also noted that, for example, my derailleur hanger probably needs replacing. I'm curious to see how it is again in March, but I'm already looking forward to it. A fantastic, convenient idea: last ride on Sunday at Tegernsee, pick-up on Monday at 5 PM, and everything will be ready for the new season when it comes back in March.
