I could no longer shift gears on my bike and was therefore stuck in 5th gear (out of 7). The initial consultation was quick but, in my opinion, superficial. They said the chain needed replacing and the gears also needed repairing. The salesperson quoted me around €60. The next day, another employee called and said the repair was more extensive and would now cost €281. I had bought the bike used seven years ago for €150. This price seemed unreasonable to me. I ended up having my bike repaired at a different workshop. My initial issue happened several weeks ago, and I had to tone down my review otherwise it wouldn't be published. I've now done that.

I just walked past and remembered the outrage from last summer. Even though I only had a flat tire, the employee diagnosed it as a virtual total loss. I was asked to sign before receiving an estimate or something similar. After asking several times, it would have been several hundred euros. The question of whether they could even repair the tire was answered in the negative. Generally pushy and unfriendly. The end result: Another repair shop, everything was great, under €30.

I was a customer for years. Until this old, service-refusing fury showed up and started wreaking havoc there. Unfriendly, unpleasant, zero customer service skills... this person is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, last time I was there, two different employees gave me quotes that differed by €100. Great! Oh, and I had to pay for the hose replacement, which was the fault of one of the employees – the one responsible for the leak. I had previously had a repair done for around €200, which, as I now know, was completely overpriced for the damage. As a regular customer, the owner would have replaced the hose for free, but unfortunately, he wasn't there, only this creepy, incompetent witch... In any case, the competition isn't sleeping 😁, they're super friendly, competent, and even cheaper, with all-around excellent service! 👍😁

I wanted to buy a simple necklace. "35 euros," said the seller... I bought it... and then, having second thoughts, I Googled the normal price: 10 euros. I immediately returned it. The seller accepted it right away. The seller's behavior was good in this respect. However, the owner could reflect on what fair dealing and respecting customers truly mean.

I'm happy to recommend this shop. The team is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. My used bike got new tires and tubes. I was able to pick it up within a few hours, and the price was as agreed and, above all, fair! I think it's great that we discuss the procedure/product selection together beforehand and provide a clear breakdown of the costs. That's how it should be; I'd be happy to come back anytime!

I've had occasional service over the past few years here. It's hit or miss, and mostly miss. They seem to have gone under new ownership recently and they strive for maximizing charges and under-delivering on services. I purchased an accessory there, which they charged extra for repair at a later date, and it broke again and they were more than willing to charge yet again to fix it. I declined. I will try out a different bike repair store next time that honors their work and their customers a lot better.

The staff were incredibly friendly; I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes and received a very warm welcome. My tire was changed in under 15 minutes for only €30. Highly recommended, as they also provide excellent advice. Keep up the good work!

I went here to have a full service on my bicycle and also full cleaning. When I came back to pick up the bicycle, I saw that the bicycle was very badly cleaned. In a friendly tone I told them that when I pay for a full cleaning I expect the bicycle to be returned in perfect condition. In this case the bicycle was still greasy and dirty, technical parts as frame. They did not take the criticism good and I was a bit shocked after they told be not to come back there again because of my criticism. They did offer me not to pay for the cleaning which was right, but I still left the place with a bad impression of the service and my bike still had issues with the breaks. ( even though they also charged extra to cover this ).

First, I was told that repairing my rear wheel would cost approximately €160 and take about 10 days. After 17 days without any notification, I went back to see how much longer it would take. They simply told me it would take longer. After 24 days, I still hadn't received any information. The bike was finally ready when I inquired a second time. They had lost my work order, phone number, and invoice. The best part: it now cost €240. The salesman also tried to charge me for the supposedly new brake, but because of the long wait, he waived it "as a gesture of goodwill." I had bought the brake at another shop a month earlier. To top it off, they damaged my bike basket during the repair. My suggestion: find a different shop.
