-100 stars for this DHL parcel shop. The woman yells at me in front of everyone in the store because she's overwhelmed with her task and can't find my parcel, EVEN THOUGH I have an email pickup notification. Most of the time, parcel pickup with her is awful, but sometimes it runs smoothly. DHL needs competent stations, not something like this!
