Excellent advice and highly recommended. At Radsport Gollwitzer, they take an exceptional amount of time for each customer; the service is personal, honest, and very competent. You immediately notice their extensive experience and passion for cycling. The quality of the advice and the products is outstanding. A clear 5 stars. I've had my road bike there for 5 years and just bought my gravel bike there as well.

My father's tire was repaired within two hours, allowing him to cycle from Obermenzing to Grünwald and back the very next day. Excellent service!

Very friendly and straightforward service. A screw came loose on my bike yesterday, and it was replaced immediately. The last minor repair was just as easy. I was also very satisfied with a larger repair I had scheduled about two years ago. Plus, good value for money.

I needed a single spoke and a washer. So I went to Gollwitzer and got replacements for both for a symbolic one euro. The employee was very friendly and helpful, and the boss in his office chair wasn't unfriendly either.

A spoke on my bike broke, and I didn't have a replacement for that length. I got a spoke in the desired length from Gollwitzer for €1. That's a great price. I don't understand the other reviewers complaining about high prices.

Once again, I was very impressed by the team's friendliness and speed. I was able to drop off my e-bike on Wednesday because of a problem with the handbrake, and I was able to pick it up the next day – a quick repair at a fair price. Thank you – I'll be happy to come back. GS
