Always very friendly service and eager to help customers. The gentleman named David is always friendly and courteous, knows a lot about bikes too! As a matter of fact, all the staff is knowledge about their clothing and cycling in general. 🤠

A stylish store, great prices and excellent service - a combination very rare to find in Munich. I bought my first set for cycling, of course I needed advice and I got it in full. The guys know their products and can explain every detail. They helped me to find the right size (because it wasn't quite obvious to me). The consultants brought different sizes several times and gave me plenty of time. I also received a coffee as a compliment for free) Amazing experience!

Never try to lecture your customer and never judge a book by its cover Didn’t expect such an unpleasant experience in the flagshipstore of the brand that covers half of my wardrobe. Might have been just that one person of the staff, who is getting to big for his boots. Still Rapha and I will part as of today .

Friendly staff, very spacious store branch, biggest I have been (been to syd, tyo, sgp, cph, seo). Got a nice muc jersey on sale! Excellent location near marienplatz.

Certainly, I was pleased by the product I purchased and by the chat I had with one of the staffs here, Oskar. Bringing home my notebook with Rapha stamp too, making my visit in Munchen totally legit.

Anytime we go to Munich my boyfriend and I who are recreational riders visit this store. It’s a beautiful, well laid out store. Beautiful product materials and fit. Colours are always eye catching, and the things are organized and easy to see. Boutique Shop. Easy and fast to find things. My boyfriend loves one floor shops. It’s efficient!! Yesterday was more busier than other times we have been but they were well staffed. We interacted with 3 members of the team, all hand a good handle on the situation inside the store with all customers. I believe the Manager was also helping us , great sense of humour and I liked how he supported every corner of the floor and customers. Everyone helped us and was friendly and knowledgeable about the products we tried on etc . I felt comfortable looking and didn’t feel pressure to buy . I love that . It’s more fun and then I’m relaxed and can make a good buying decision on something I actually really like. I received what I felt like honest genuine feedback which gave me a feeling of trust . My boyfriend is a hard one to shop or buy from another brand. we are definitely brand loyal. But We now found a new brand we really like 😉 and a store we have some trust in ! Experienced a discriminatory comment from “Otto” the “general manager”. He said I’m “getting in the way”, as he was serving some other old white guy with bib shorts. Asked me to leave the store, when I asked for a manager. Disgusting
