I was going to order online, but I'm glad I came to try it out, because the Cube wasn't quite right for me after all. Now I've leased a Winora and I'm super happy with it. Thanks also for the help with Businessbike; it's more work for you than just buying, but it saves me a lot of money.

A fantastic selection of e-bikes. After friendly and expert advice, they found a bike that perfectly met my needs. When I picked it up, the staff took the time to explain all the features, let me take it for a test ride, and adjusted the saddle and other settings to my liking. I'm very happy with the bike and the service; I highly recommend this shop – top-notch!

I took my bike to Rebike in Laim for repairs and I'm absolutely thrilled. The team was fantastic, everything was handled exactly as discussed beforehand, and in the end, it was even cheaper than the initial estimate. Truly excellent. For comparison: at the end of December, I flew to Thailand and had dropped my bike off at another shop nearby beforehand; I even brought the spare part myself. I gave them six weeks, and after my vacation, it still wasn't ready. Rebike, on the other hand, was quick, reliable, and fair. It's just a shame I didn't have any cash on me to put in the tip jar. Huge praise to the team, highly recommended. Thank you!

Great advice, but relatively few bikes WITHOUT motors! So you have to find a bike online and order it (if you want to test ride it first) and pay for it. That means shipping costs around €50 plus the price of the bike. If you buy the bike, it's already paid for – if not, you get your money back. Well... it's not exactly a "quick fix" – but I went along with it. Still, one star less for that. And the whole thing has already taken over two weeks...

I wanted to try out a three-wheeled cargo bike and ended up trying a two-wheeled long John. Stopping the bike in front of the shop, I wasn’t able to hold its weight and it tipped over on one side. I got charged 150€ for supposedly scratching the bike that was well scratched all over - a cost that will definitely not be reduced on a bike that is sold as used. I felt cheated. In response to the comment of the store’s team: no photos were taken before the trial. Not in my presence. So there was only an after check. The extent of the damage must in any case have been compatible with a scratch from the already standing bike falling on the side. On a bike that was already scratched on the front and on all sides, that one scratch would not have made a difference in the selling price (if sold as it is), or in the costs to renew the surface. In the end it’s not about the 150€ but about the feeling that the team took advantage of the situation.

Of course, you can submit this amount to your insurance provider. I highly recommend the Rebike Store in Laim for buying an e-bike — friendly staff, quick and easy purchase process, and you just need an ID card for a test ride.

I found an e-bike I wanted to buy on their website but before buying it online, I wanted to see and test-ride it, wondering if they may have it at their actual shop. I checked if there is a branch that I can visit that’s how I found this shop which is luckily located close enough from where I live so I booked an appointment for consultation on their website. When we visited the shop, the shop owner Alex greeted and welcomed us in nicely. He explained everything about e-bikes in general to me who has never ridden one. He listened to my needs and recommended an e-bike that fits me and my situation which was very helpful for me. Unfortunately the bike I saw online was not at the shop but he was kind enough to have it delivered to the shop so I can test it and directly pick it up which was amazing! My husband and I bought one e-bike for each and one week later we went back to the shop to pick them up. Our e-bikes were nicely ready. They even mounted a rear wheel lock for my husband’s bike on-site which took only 5 mins. Alex even kindly mounted my mobile holder I bought on Amazon onto my e-bike :D As you can see, they go extra miles to accommodate your requests and needs. I felt that we were well taken care of and from the beginning till the end it was such a nice experience for both of us. We also love the concept that they resell only the e-bikes they rented out to make sure they know the history of each bike. The e-bikes we bought are secondhand but they were well maintained and refurbished by the shop staff, they look almost brand new. The fact every purchase comes with a 2 year guarantee (with an option to extend it to 3 years) reassures us greatly especially because we both do not have much of knowledge over bikes and how to fix them DIY. It is nice that the shop has our back if and when anything happens to our bikes. So yeah, top notch shop. I would recommend this place to anyone and if needs arise, I would gladly come back here and buy a second bike. ;) Thank you so much, Alex for all the effort you put into our case!
