I just called them, asked them if they speak English, and they just hanged up the phone to me! So impolite! I called again and they didn't pick up.

The wonderfully empathetic and caring two Josephs are the managers, and they have now properly repaired my third bike. Of course, with older bikes, you take it in for repair when something is obviously broken, and then a Joseph later sees what else needs to be repaired. Here, however, I clearly sense the Josephs' goodwill in keeping prices low for customers but at least ensuring (something we empaths unfortunately often overlook) that the shop and the general partners don't lose out. The whole thing is very harmonious. Thank you, I'll be back ♥️♥️

The mechanical problem seems to be fixed, so that's great, but I paid €20 extra to have it fully cleaned (on top of the €79) and got a dirty, greasy bike in return for a €99 total. Plus, the tall guy with short hair treats customers like they're a nuisance. UPDATE: 150km later and the mechanical issue is still happening. Went down to the self-service bike wash near Gasteig, paid €8, and got a much better wash at least. What a waste of €99 spent at this shop.

Top quality and professionalism. I discovered this shop thanks to my girlfriend's recommendation, and now it's become my go-to shop. I recommend it to everyone.

Beware, rip-off! I took my bike in to have the sprocket replaced. They installed the wrong sprocket completely crooked, didn't even try to machine it so it would look like it would fit, and charged me €130 for it. I ended up fixing the bike myself with the help of YouTube videos; it cost me less than €10 and half an hour.
Owner's response
Those who want to remain anonymous usually have something to hide. We definitely didn't perform a repair like this! Perhaps we confused the shop?
