Great staff, great service! Been many times with more bikes, also totally random, without calling before and got my problem solved, also got good consultation on things I wanted to upgrade. A very customer friendly shop where you can go and get great service

Phoned in advance to let them know I'd be coming - he let me know I can pop by any time (April). Dead friendly chap. Gave realistic quote and kept to it. Outlined the time he needed and called when it was ready. Riding smooth as again - would recommend.

I brought in two old Amsterdam bikes and they were both fixed in two days. Service is excellent (including in English), friendly and kind. Great place for your bike

What do you do if your bike gets a flat tire the day before a railway strike? Take it here! They fixed my tire in less than ten minutes. I am a very satisfied customer and will come back again.

Make service for cheap-midddle cheap bike. Is OK. Don't make service for expensive bike. They are not aware of new trends and compatibility

They are scammers. They do not provide any receipt, they give no explanation over what they did. Went for changing tires, they did it but poorly, the bike now is leaning on one side. Went back and told them that, they argued the bike was perfect, which was not. Told them to fix it, they waited for 7 days, called me back. The bike was basically the same, I think they did not even touched it. And on top of that, they asked me to pay 45 euros. No explanation on what they did. No receipt. All black money. They should be reported for that to the police,and I think I probably will. Stay away from them, go to the other bike shop 300m away. They are professionals, unlike this one. SCAMMERS
