I got two bikes for me and my son at the sore. The service, the purchase process and the bike pickup went through very well with no issues. I was treated really well by the staff, who were listening to my and my needs. The whole experience was just awesome and i felt as if i was at my home store. Two years down the line i was at the store today to get a bike for my wife, nothing changed. The same friendly and warm staff. A big thanks to Dazzo, Rene and Reiner (not that the rest is not good), you guys rock, please continue with your friendly and warm attitude towards the customers.

I went in looking for gear cables and housings. Walked around for 5 minutes and nobody was free. Caught the eye of an assistant and he asked me if I had taken a buzzer. I said "a what?". He repeated it very loudly as though I am stupid. Turns out you need to take some electronic buzzer thing like in a restaurant and he said it would take 20 minutes to see me. I waited 10 minutes, got bored, and went to Decathlon where I found what I needed immediately. The store layout has changed since I was last there and they have much fewer spare parts. I guess it's supposed to make you feel "comfortable "with chairs and expensive coffee machines and stuff because the more time you spend there the more likely you are to spend money. This has the total opposite effect on me because the more I feel I'm pressured to spend money or I'm being manipulated the more I just want to leave - especially if people are just rude. I was not left with a good impression of the place.

Remodelling means the store has lost one of its most useful aspects - parts and accessories to buy. They haven't appeared to have told head office about the change, so most products that they say they have available in the store are not actually available. This is incredibly inconvenient and doesn't exactly foster warm feelings towards Rose and the store. Hard avoid in future from me 🤷🏼♀️

We visited the shop intending to buy 2 bikes, but after 30 minutes trying to get the employees' attention just to understand how to join the waiting list, and being systematically ignored, we decided to leave and buy another brand instead. Apparently, not everyone was ignored like us; perhaps we didn't look like profitable enough customers to them.

I came in today to try a bike. I knew what I wanted and I was excited to take it for a spin. That excitement ended as soon as I spoke to someone at the store. I was told there would be a long wait, after I said what I was there to test. That’s okay, I came specifically to try this bike today. Instead of ensuring I got on the bike I wanted to try today, the sales person suggested I come back another day as it was busy. He didn’t seem concerned with helping me find a bike at all. I got the impression he wanted me to leave. That’s disappointing but there are plenty of other companies that sell bikes. I won’t be going back. I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Don’t bother replying to say that isn’t what the brand is about. You have already proven otherwise.

Rose bike Thank you very much for the exceptional and outstanding service provided. The Rose service personnel demonstrated extensive expertise in servicing my bicycle and provided detailed explanations on maintenance and care for my new bicycle. Additionally, they allowed me to practice important handling techniques and provided valuable feedback. This is my second Rose bike, and I regret not having ordered the first bike directly from the Munich Rose branch. The team at the Rose Munich branch was exceptionally kind and friendly. I extend my gratitude to the entire team at the Rose Munich branch and a special thank you to Dazzo and Manager Gebhard for their invaluable support.

The most excellent service I have ever come across. I don’t even own a Rose, but had an issue with my tyre on a deep rimmed wheel. The most approachable and helpful service that I have ever experienced, 1000%. Had my wheel and tyre repaired without any cost. Massive appreciation, thank you so much!!

Because of the Pandemic you will to book appointment, but it's easy you can find the link above. I went there for bike advice and they were really helpful/friendly and knowledgable about everything. You can test ride available bikes in Theresienwiese or surroundings freely. Would recommend everyone 👍🏻 You can also find bike parts, supplies, jerseys, helmets and shoes in this store. I think I already found my next bike :)
