Best place to buy Ski boots. Michael took all the time needed to find the boot that fits us perfectly, with the right inner sole and socks. He knows exactly how to get you on proper equipment for your next time on the slopes.

You guys are awesome. Came into your store ans it was opening a few weeks ago. Complaining of very sore feet with a lot of blisters from a week of walking all around Germany. We were about to fly out to Scotland for another week of hiking and adventure. Your sales staff picked me out a great pair of AT6 with custom inserts. They saved our trip. So comfortable. Blisters never bothered me again. Averaged 8 miles a day hiking and walking around cities. Thanks for helping us out and saving our trip.

I was looking for my ski jacket and asked the staff for help, but instead of assisting me, I was met with arrogance from a blonde lady, a contemptuous look, and a curt response: “EVERYTHING we have is on the sales floor.” Well, that’s obvious, but why are you here if not to help? So, I left without making a purchase and won’t be coming back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stopped by the Salomon store in Munich during our vacation a few weeks ago, and we had a fantastic experience. We don't have a Salomon store in Dallas, so we wanted to check it out. Thomas helped us during our visit, and he was incredible! I was in the market for new running shoes, and he took the time to show me several options, explaining the differences between them all in detail. Although they didn’t have my size in the store, I ended up buying the shoes when we got back to the U.S. Thomas also helped my wife find some sportstyle shoes that she loved. Thanks to Thomas, we’re now Salomon clients for life. Highly recommend this store and the exceptional service!
