They have good skills to fix your bike related stuff. However I had a weird experience. I went with to fix my sone baby cart tyre of which they just need to put a new tube and a small dent. they cahrged 25 euros to fix it in whci they say taking the tube out from teh tyre cost effort of 8 euroe which was just 1 min job to other guys .When i challaned them why it is so expensive , they mentioned that 2 people were involved and the hourly rate for two is higher than 1 :D If you want fix some small things , try to avoid them rather go to another bike shops

Big store, Excellent service, many second hand bicycles for all purposes and prices. We bought 2 hard tail mountain bikes (Cube for 600 Euro and Canondale 500 Euro) in great shape. The rep showed us patiently a few possibilities and let us try them around. Adjusted everything with no pressure. The store promises to buy back at half price within a year. We returned after a month trip and sold it back in 2 minutes. Money transferred on the spot via Paypal. I will surely be back when in the area. Better than renting for the same period.

Awesome place, they have 2nd hand bikes from all price cathegories, good value. They let us try a lot of different ones, also gave some tips. Eventually me and my wife both found the right one. After we bought them, they made one last checkup, to set up the shifters etc. They offer 2 year warranty, and also offered to buy them back at 1/2 price before we leave Munich (we only stay here for a couple of months). At the first ride i noticed that the frame had a crack, i went back to them, and they immediately changed it, for an even better one, without any extra payment. Danke guys! :)

I got stuck on Saturday afternoon with a bike trailer that had a flat tire. I went to several shops, but none of them had the right inner tube. I finally reached the main store, but they didn’t have it either—nor did the back shop. However, the seller found a used inner tube and even installed it for me. He didn’t even want any money. Such amazing service and kindness! Highly recommend this place!

Two times the service was disappointing. The first time they gave me the wrong tyre for my bike although I showed them my broken tyre. The second time they sent me back home with my ski since they have said their service would start one week later although they advertise it on their website.

I would use another bicycle shop or Ebay Kleinanzeigen for parts, service, advise. I have been here twice and the service is quite bad. They seem to only direct you around a maze of bicycles, parts, rooms, until they realize you will spend a large amount of money. Both times I have been there you get direct to the back courtyard nd jump room to room until someone cares. I was looking for used parts to build up a bicycle that I have. They asked me to wait in their service room while they rummaged around in a parts room and finally come out and told me a good portion of the parts I wanted were not available. Which is okay since some that were desired were older. Though, some where extremely common. Finally, we than had to find another colleague so that he could price the used parts. During this time, they spoke another language discussing the price, than finally they gave me a price higher than what I've seen online. When I said this is high and that some of the parts you are offering me aren't even fully complete they said it was the price. So, like I said, it seems like this place could be good for some people who want to buy a new bicycle, but anything used or creating a community around bicycles, they don't care. They are looking for profits only and found it in people not knowing enough about bicycles.

Best place to buy quality second hand bike for grown ups and for kids. The service is absolutely fantastic. Very kind and passionate personnel. We have come to buy bikes for kids from Ukraine and the shop has made a very generous donation and discount. We are very grateful for their kindness and support. Highly recommended for quality and service. Best in town!

Great selection, good service but no value for money. I had been looking a year ago for a good cross tour bike, I previously owned a crosstour bike and was looking to upgrade to something more MTB focused. I went to the store and service was all nice and good including staff but overall I was consulted on buying a second hand “Tom ritchey” MTB bike which is a classic and worth “700 euros” to eventually get a lot of issues with the seat, chain, handle bar erosion, noisy non functioning brakes, rust issues and the only thing about it being a ritchey bike is the tubing... eventually I had to keep coming back for inspecting issues and they never respond to emails which makes me think that customer service doesn’t mater... I feel I was ripped off for the price I paid as within a year the bike is not performing as it should with so many issues... I wish I hadn’t paid so much for a bike from the 90s sold as a bike from the greatest... really sad and misleading
