First time ever stepping into a bike shop, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Stuart was amazing from start to finish, super passionate, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right bike. You can really feel the love for cycling in the way he talks and explains things, and that made the whole process not only easy but actually super enjoyable. Even after the visit, he was always available to answer my follow-up questions. Just such a great level of service, five stars all the way. It totally reflects the kind of quality and care you’d expect from Specialized. Thank you again!

My wife and I came to Munich from Nuremberg to look at the various bike shops. Canyon wasn’t impressive, with service or selection. Rose was fair in both. But Specialized was fantastic. The young gentleman named Valentin was incredibly polite and professional, juggling not only us but other guests who had questions. He listened attentively to our criteria for mountain bikes, helped us find our size and arranged a test ride. We learned a lot from him! In addition the store also has complementary coffee and Red Bull. We will definitely recommend Specialized in Munich to anyone who is looking to buy a bike in a professional but relaxed atmosphere.

Received great advice for the new bike. Not only super friendly, they are not in a hurry, not slick-sales talks, but lots of knowledge in the store. Just brilliant!

“Made in China” quality of bikes. Had two from them already and will never buy it again. They are excellent in selling and a horrible disaster in service. My brand new bike started sounding like “an orchestra” 2 weeks after I bought it. I tried to reach them out, they never responded. Two months after bike’s brakes started “yelling” at me and again, no response from the guys. The materials of the bike are cheep and cost-cutting for maximising their profits. The charger of the battery doesn’t always connect! And, the most expensive part of the bike - the battery - is placed UNDER the bike, so you can surely break it one day when you try to get it out for charging! Horrible! Just horrible!

Stuart McGill took me from start to finish of my purchases of a brand new bike and accessories. The establishment has everything you need; expertise, stock, customer service and great coffee. I am an English only speaker and they made me feel more than looked after. Big shout out to Stu who spent ages with me testing bikes, looking at options and even spending time with me setting my bike up. I couldn't be happier and will be returning for all my future biking needs.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Specialized Munich and I can only say positive things! The service was exceptional. The team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to assist me in the fitting process. I would especially like to highlight Markus and David, the two best employees! They were friendly, patient, and answered all my questions thoroughly. You can tell that they love their work and genuinely care about satisfying their customers. I will definitely be coming back! One of the best customer experiences of my life! Airline lost my bike as I flew to Munich for a half Ironman. Paul truly went above and beyond to organize a fantastic bike for me at super short notice. Ended up having a great race. Proof that Specialized is a premium brand that not only provides premium products - but also premium service. Can’t see myself ever buying a different bike. Vielen lieben Dank!

Been there multiple times and once bought a saddle. Both Fabian and Stuart were incredibly helpful and nice, took their time explaining things, and also were very patient and helpful while I tried multiple saddles until I chose one. Definitely suggest going there, as every person I interacted with was kind, seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wow blown away by Specialized Munich. Never heard a sales and service company say they are three weeks behind on reading mails and they don’t answer their telephone. Service booking full till August!!! How do they run a premium brand store like this ??? Maybe open an hour earlier and employ more service technicians. Came all the way from Cape Town and wanted help just reassembling my bike and ended up doing it at the back alley of the shop, surely you always keep some capacity for emergency services or repair. They did offer me tools if I needed and inflated my tires and tighten my pedals hence the one star.

A huge store with lots of modern bikes, equipment and cycling gear. Nici was very friendly and helpful while choosing a new helmet. Would recommend every cycling enthusiast to give a visit to this store
