Hello, This is the first review I've ever written. However, I would like to advise other potential Sportstech customers to look for another manufacturer. I bought the SX600 (a speed bike priced at over €1,000). The bike was delivered in a completely demolished box and didn't work properly. OK... it can happen. I then informed Sportstech about this on December 30, 2022, and asked them to return the bikes. No one responded within the stated maximum "response time" (7 business days). So I started contacting customer service myself. After my third call to customer service, I received the first email from Sportstech on January 18, 2023. They apologized and asked me to provide a pickup date for the bike (at least two days' notice would be required). Overjoyed, I responded immediately on January 20, 2023, and asked to pick up the bike on January 27, 2023. Now you can imagine what's happened so far... right. Nothing! No one has contacted me from Sportstech. I've since sent two more emails and spoken to customer service twice... Nothing. So my only advice is to stay away from Sportstech.

The purchase of the new rowing machine went smoothly; I'm thrilled with the service and the competent advice. The machine was delivered exactly on the promised date and was in excellent condition.

We ordered a display model online over two months ago. After a disastrous delivery process, with the delivery date missed three times, the cross trainer finally arrived. However, it came with the wrong accessories. We contacted customer service, and after a considerable wait, the correct accessories finally arrived, but they were also incorrect. Since then, we have contacted customer service numerous times, both by phone and in writing, and have received no response whatsoever. We cannot use the machine, and the individual parts are constantly in the way. We have purchased many items from Sportstech before and, as loyal customers, are extremely disappointed. I strongly advise against buying from them.

I wanted to check out the new SBike in the Munich store and called beforehand to ask if it was available to try out. I was assured it was. When I got to the store, I was told that it was unfortunately an error on the part of the employee and that it would probably arrive in two weeks. Great, I rode for an hour for nothing, no big deal! The store is practically impossible to reach by phone. There are two employees in the store who are rather bored and poorly informed. If someone calls, it seems that no one bothers to answer the phone. My impression is that the customer is a nuisance. That's a great way to damage a brand's image. Perhaps management should invest in staff rather than just in premises! If the products are anything like my experience there, then I'd rather not buy anything!!!

Extremely poor customer service – after only two months, my WRX1000 is already broken (one of the oars in the water tank broke off). I've been trying to get a satisfactory solution from support for almost five weeks now, without success. As of today, I would advise EVERYONE against buying any product from this company.

Do not go near buy elsewhere. They took one year to try and fix my bike. I had to courier it back to get a refund and then they did not pay me. The company is run by crooks.

On November 24, 2021, I ordered the CX625 cross trainer directly from Sportstech. Delivery was quick and straightforward. Since January 14, 2022, I've been hearing an extremely unpleasant squeaking noise during normal use (see video). I submitted a support ticket that same day. After six days, I received no response. So, on January 20, 2022, I submitted another support ticket. Four more days passed without any response from support. Then I contacted Sportstech via Facebook. They simply created another ticket. On January 25, 2022, I received an email allowing me to book a video appointment with a representative who would then review the problem in a 15-minute call. ... The next available appointment is on February 8, 2022... I really want to use my new device; right now it's just gathering dust! In summary: - The device was new and broke down after 6 weeks (in my opinion). - The support team is very slow to respond to customer inquiries. - When support does get in touch, they only offer an appointment two weeks in the future. I'm curious how they plan to resolve this issue and how long I'll have to wait after this call on February 8, 2022, before I finally get help... I can't use the device, mind you! I would strongly advise against buying any fitness equipment from Sportstech right now! Stay away from this brand!

Disaster! They didn't even get the delivery. I ordered an elliptical trainer from the website on January 6th, with delivery by approximately the end of February. At some point, I received a confirmation with delivery at the end of March. At the end of March, I received a confirmation with delivery at the end of April. Who knows if the machine will arrive by then? So, half a year after ordering, I don't need the thing anymore! Stay away! Customer service is either unavailable or gives incorrect information!

The company offers products on a Swiss website, is very strong in marketing, but doesn't invest in after-sales service or product quality. I had to throw away my F48 model after a year of trying to contact customer service: their solution, with no guarantee whatsoever, was to buy a motherboard for 405 euros plus shipping. For now, Sportech isn't a good investment for a customer who doesn't live in the Düsseldorf or Berlin area. Because if you need advice, a repair, a spare part… there's no one there. They're sales-oriented; marketing is absolutely not customer-focused or solution-oriented. I had to report back myself, and their proposals went unanswered. I'm extremely disappointed as a Swiss customer. They're using Covid as an excuse…
