Great (!) service. And I’m not just saying it because it is a brain of God in the service desert that is Germany, but because I could sense it from the moment I walked in to the reliable and consistent communication. I am happy with the result and the price and will come again (we have a few bikes). Trustworthy. Friendly. Fair. Reliable. 5⭐️

Quality workmanship and service. They recommend the right product. I had my vsf fahrrad and yearly service here. Will definitely recommend this place. Please make an appointment in advance and support them streamline the demand.

Extremely unfriendly staff. And a bike store that does not have any bicycle lights. Edit: they claim my review is not right. I was there yesterday. Wanted to buy lights, they said they don't have any front lights, possibly they had some rear lights. Still. If you have a badly stocked store, the least you can do is be friendly with the customers. You should try it 😉 my first tip is, when I say hi, try saying hello as well! It goes a long way I promise!

This bike centre is my favorite amongst all the others in munich The team here is very respectful, considerate and I trust your recommendations My bike needed multiple repairs and I needed advise if I would save money on buying a new bike or repair the existing bike Mr. Burde (who words at bike center, who barely smiles 😄)is a honest boy and clearly said bike like this one are very expensive and repair would make good sense. He inspected the bike thoroughly and we went ahead with repair I totally recommend this location for bike topics, they know what they are doing & they are reasonable with prices Many times they did minor repairs and checks without charging money but Ofcourse I left some tip which might always help them :)

I bought my bike here yesterday and the staff was very professional and willing to help. I went here for a bike that I could not find anywhere else all the way from Prague. Also their prices are very reasonable.Thanks!

Andy is a great guy and is an expert for bike repair topics. For small work he did not charge any money to me and is always happy to help with Tipps and recommendations related to bikes

Guys are very kind when you are going to spend some money - buy a new bike or accessories. However when it comes to help you with some repair or service, they're not really helpfull. I asked to figure out why a brand new bicycle is going left when no hands on bars - they replied after two days that "bike is fine". Did not attach my comb though they're promised to do so when I bought the bicycle. No more trust from me. I'm going to find another service. Also I saw a lot of angry customers coming to them and arguing on their "services".

Very rude unfriendly mechanic. Gave my KTM Fun2020 for Jobrad inspection. After they delivered I found the gear shift is not proper (withing few hours of delivery). When I went back and requested to check, the mechanic behaving very rude. After fixing the problem he told do not come to him again. I am surprised to see such a wonderful customer treatment.

Awesome. They repaired my bike (a small one) in no time. Many thanks, as I did not know where to look for bike repair and the cost as well, I knew nothing. But they did it super fast and as it was a very small thing, they did not charge me as well. Fully recommending others to go there. They also speaks English.
