I spontaneously saw a gravel bike, got some advice, and ended up buying it. The advice was excellent, both professionally and personally! The service was super friendly and fast; I was able to pick up the bike the very next day – I'm super happy and can highly recommend it 😊

I sought advice on whether it would be economical, or rather, worthwhile, to convert my old mountain bike into a city bike (mudguards, rack, etc.). I received excellent and, above all, very honest advice. I was advised by a very friendly young employee who wore glasses, and I can highly recommend him. Thank you again.

I got a flat tire on my way to work today and had no idea how to fix it. I called Supercycles and asked if it would be possible to get the inner tube replaced there on short notice. They told me to just drop by and they replaced the tube right away. That's what I call customer service (even though I'd never been there before) and that's how you gain new customers! Thanks again :-)

I had new lights installed on my ebike with bosch motor I just needed someone to activate the ports on the motor. I contacted other 5 “”bosch service partners”” where all refused to provide the service. This shop accepted it and activated the ports for me in around 1 hour on Saturday

Best bike repairs in Munich so far. They answer the phone. Prices are reasonable. Results are good. Employees competent. They explain things to you. No bullshit app needs to be installed to be a customer. Will definitely come again. The only minor negatives: — typical German ones, though :-) You have to have a minimum amount of 30 EUR to pay with card — although they make exceptions — and the opening hours are — like everything in Munich — a bit limited.

Awesome! I have a NCM while, is a great bike but nobody seems to know how to fix it when broken. After calling different places in Munich the guys in Supercycles said it's no problem. Now the bike is like new and I couldn't be happier. Thanks!
