I have been waiting to receive information about status of delivery or refund and NO ANSWER in THREE WEEKS!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I urgently ask for refund as soon as possible

Placed an order, received an email saying the delivery is expected on 23.08. Today is 31.08 and I still haven’t received tracking information or an update from the store. All email and messages in Facebook are being ignored. Deeply regretted I’ve placed an order with them and now need to chase for a simple reply or a refund.

I wanted to buy pants in this store. During checkout, the staff (friendly 👍🏼) told me my item has been just now purchased online. Therefore I could not buy the pants anymore!! Not a fan of their customer policy. Not sure if I go there again, if online purchases are always ranked higher than shopping in person.

bought a pair of shoes online from them nearly two months ago that never arrived, probably lost by the transporter. I have been trying to communicate with them since them three times by email and have received absolutely no answer from them to any of my mails. Been trying to call them directly and it is impossible to speak to anyone. Totally unacceptable. 150€ lost it seems.
