I am completely satisfied with the repair of my bicycle. From the initial appointment to the completed repair, it only took a few days. A quote for the anticipated work was provided and adhered to. When a spare part failed to arrive and the pickup appointment had to be postponed, I was informed immediately. All in all, truly solid and professional work. My bicycle is running perfectly again. The service was reliable, friendly, and transparent – ​​highly recommended!

What a great small business with nice and professional service! It was quick to get an appointment, they sent us an estimated price before even starting work on our bikes, completed the work within a couple of days and when we picked up the bikes there were no extra surprises with the bill. I highly recommend this bike shop. The chain on my Cube kept popping off. After much back and forth, I stumbled upon this bike shop by chance. I got a short-notice appointment for service, and the cost was explicitly agreed upon beforehand. I wonder what more could you want?

I have had two great service experiences here - one for an e-bike and one for a Nihola cargo bike. In both instances, communication was excellent and the service was high quality. In other places in Munich, the wait to service a cargo bike is 1-3 months… but here I was scheduled for the next day.

Friendly shop with a good selection of bikes and accessories. We bought a bike there that we're very happy with. The service was always good, even if it wasn't cheap. What was great was that I also received helpful advice on buying spare parts for self-installation. Excellent, keep it up!

A very dedicated family business. I was visiting a friend in Munich. I happened to be there with him for his mountain bike to be serviced and spontaneously decided to buy an e-mountain bike myself. I received excellent advice. My individual wishes were addressed very kindly. The bike was shipped to me in North Rhine-Westphalia at a fair cost price. The Morrison Loup 1 arrived professionally pre-assembled and perfectly adjusted. I'm absolutely delighted with the well-made, stylish matte black bike. I highly recommend this shop.

I'm absolutely thrilled! After a professional online consultation on Monday due to the coronavirus pandemic, my new city bike was delivered yesterday. Everything is perfect, even the basket was customized upon request.
