This is my go to bike shop, the service is unmatched, the mechanics are experts in their field and they are always looking to get you the best deal possible. Whether it's a road, mountain or commuter bike I can only recommend that you take it here for servicing, or if you are in the market, to buy from their wide ranging selection of bikes. Along with that, they are also always ready to give some advice on anything from nice routes to proper bike maintenance, wich has come in handy more than a few times. On that note I can only recommend them to anyone who asks about a good bike shop in the munich area. (The last bike I purchased there was a Checkpoint ALR-5, the best bike i have ever purchased and I plan on coming back for more very soon)

The service was quick and efficient. I’m just a bit disappointed with the capitalism / entitlement, it doesn’t give a good impression. I brought a tube from Decathlon and asked them to replace it because I had a flat tire. They initially said they can’t use my tube, I needed to buy one from them, because of warranty (can’t assure the quality of the tube I brought over, yadda yadda.). I think I should have the right to use whichever tube I want, but whatever, I said, OK, I’ll buy your tube, it’s only 5€ after all. Even though I already have one and this is terribly inefficient. But then they realized they don’t have a tube for my bike. And then, all of a sudden, they were OK with using the tube I brought over. Errrr?? Then why didn’t you just use it from the beginning? That felt quite depressing and greedy. It would have given a much better impression if my tube were used from the beginning. Anyway. That aside: the service was great and I’m happy with the result. Would recommend. Update: I needed to go there a second time today and got another great experience with them. I’ll update my review to 5 stars despite the above :)

Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to help us make our selections. We've bought several bikes there now and the level of maintenance service is also excellent. We will definitely be doing business here again!

On Wednesday 5 June I visited the store. The electronic gear on my TREK did not work and could not charge, after transport from Denmark. An important cycling trip for me was the next 5 days and I couldn't do anything without my bike, I panicked. The store opened before time, I was received with smiles, kindness and professional people. Less than 10 minutes later my bike was up and running again! A huge THANK YOU to you, thank you for the coffee and thank you for saving my cycling trip. YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Hugs from Denmark!

Just the best Trek store I have even been ( with Seville). I am on a long trip through europe from Portugal to Greece with my amazing trek checkpoint bike. My chainring got broken due to loose bolds on a previous maintenance. I had to come back to Munich hoping someone can help at Trek. Jonah and the team have been so efficient in finding a spare part and replacing it! The next day I am back on my tour! Thank you.

Very friendly and professional. Loved their recommendation immediately and bought on the same day. Got a child seat and an extra lock chain. They installed everything for me and the service was great! It was a delightful shopping experience and I Definitely recommend!

I am a very happy customer of the Trek Bicycle Store Munich Sud, especially for the maintenance of my non-Trek bikes. I have visited many mechanics-shops in Munich and the Trek Store Munich Sud is really one of a kind in terms of: - friendliness - customer support - efficiency - being professional (my gravel bike looked, felt, sounded like new after the service) - customer care - they are really passionate about bikes - they ha patience - they speak english I would send this very same feedback to the mechanics' boss if I had his/her email. I would indeed recommend the Store.

5 Stars 1000%! My road bike was destroyed by my airline upon moving to Munich. I needed a new road bike, and after I looked at the reviews and decided to come to Trek Süd because of their top-notch feedback, and the fact that I am not well-versed in German and they speak English. When it came to the bike, even though the store was busy - Sebastian was extremely helpful and fast at helping me choose, buy, and set up my new Émonda bike and accommodated with helpful accessories and transferring parts from my old bike. The whole experience was wonderful and I would come back any time just because of how helpful they were. They (Julian, too) made me feel very welcome in the store, and were very friendly as well. Thanks guys --- hope to see you soon on some group rides.
