Needed a bike box for travel and the team were happy to help me out. Supplied me with packaging and helped with directions . They just asked for a small donation in their tip jar. Happy to oblige. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience. Very helpful and sympathetic staff. The staff always takes their time to explain things to you and listen to you. Of course that means you might have to wait a bit until it is your turn but that is completely understandable Would definitely recommend going to this store

I could not have wished for a better and more professional assistance than from Kenny at Trek Munich North. He supported me with the handling of a quality claim as promptly as it was possible, patiently, respectfully and attentively attended and answered all my questions and concerns, and once the replacement part arrived immediately managed the physical repair. Thanks to that I will be able to use my bike throughout the summer (almost) as originally planned. Thanks Kenny! I can't talk about the rest of the staff, but if they have the same attitude, then Trek Munich North is for sure highly recommended!

Fantastic Experience at TREK - Highly Recommend! We recently had a truly excellent experience at the TREK bike shop - the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Jonas and his colleague. Both of them provided outstanding consultancy. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answered all of our questions. All the additional parts we purchased were mounted immediately, which was incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of time.

Very happy with me new baby, I mean bike (a 2024 Domane SL). I came in a couple of times during my search for a bike, never felt pressured to buy and was also shown alternative bikes to the one I had my eyes on. Also love how easy it is to get the bike adjusted / fine-tuned after the first couple of rides. Everyone is nice and easy going. 🙋🏼♀️

Awesome trek store .if I lived in germany this would be my go to store. Even though daughter and I were tourists and just buying t shirts and just looking at bikes the staff were super friendly and engaging .

Best bike store in Munich. Front derailleur broke down yesterday and the guys immediately got it fixed so that I can be writing this post from Südtirol after crossing the Alps on the beautiful Trek Madone. Thanks so much for making this possible, guys.
