I had my gravel bike serviced at Velo-Fit this year and I'm more than thrilled with the service and quality this workshop provided. They performed a thorough inspection, providing an accurate estimate of the approximate costs. In my case, they replaced the disc brake pads on both the front and rear wheels, as well as the brake rotors (the brakes were also bedded in and included in the installation). The drivetrain and other components were also replaced, and I received advice on cleaning. The mechanic, who works with MUC-OFF (a company I was already familiar with), gave me several recommendations on the best way to clean and maintain my bike. I was able to confidently advise him, and I ended up buying a few new items. Pure enthusiasm!!! Thanks guys for the great experience, and I'll see you again next season!

It used to be a very good shop, but today, due to a hopeless staff shortage, it's only marginally good. I'll chalk up being rudely turned away for even a minor repair within six hours to the extreme time pressure on the staff. But then being rudely snapped at when I politely asked to borrow a small tool for two minutes to install the PURCHASED spare part myself is, in my opinion, inexcusable, especially given the condescending and completely disrespectful tone.

Thank you for your feedback.<br><br>We would like to clarify a few points.<br><br>On January 8, 2026, we informed you that your bicycle was not roadworthy and that the drivetrain had a defect. Our colleague noted a risk of chain breakage on the invoice. At that time, you wanted to carry out the repair yourself and did not accept our assessment.<br><br>When you contacted us again, we clearly communicated that we would try to address your request as quickly as possible. However, due to already scheduled workshop appointments, we could not guarantee a repair within six hours – even if it might seem like a "minor issue." Since a broken chain usually requires further action, and this is only one of several defective parts (as also documented in writing), it will not remain a "minor issue"!<br><br>The tool you requested (chain tool) is a high-quality, specialized tool that we do not lend to customers for safety, liability, and insurance reasons.<br>... Our workshop employee tried to explain these points to you calmly and clearly. We would have appreciated a more respectful and understanding approach.<br><br>We place great value on transparent communication, safety, and fair dealings on both sides. I took my brand new Cube bike here because the front wheel was making a noise whenever it spun. I clearly explained this to the repairman when I handed in the bike. The repairman took a look at it and did nothing to fix the noise. When I rode the bike out of the shop, it immediately made the noise again - he had not fixed anything. I came back to him and told him this ... he suggested to me to reduce my air pressure so it would stop making the noise. This is not a solution! I prefer to keep my tires at a slightly higher pressure very much within the allowed range for my tires. He refused to look at it any further. I then came home and examined it myself, out of frustration. I realized that the little bits of rubber extending out from the tire was hitting the mudguard ... so I took a knife and cut them out. The noise stopped! The repairman was just lazy and didn't want to look deeper into my problem ... if he had just taken some effort to look into it, he would have found the problem too. I don't recommend this place.

Very very Nice and friendly service !! If possible, I want to give 10 stars because of their service. I got my old ebike to change to a new rear fender, bike chain, and one of the breaks here. During summertime you don't expect to get any shop to repair the bike not sold from them, don't even say it without any appointment in advance. Every other shop told me that I need to wait for 1 month or even longer only to have them start to check my bike! However, only this shop, Velo, they took my bike right away and got everything done in 1 and half week! I could say nothing but appreciate their help. AND when I got my bike back, my wife found the new chain work not smooth with the rear chainwheel, Velo checked this right away and put a new rear chainwheel on my bike for free, I can't believe I could get such good service here! Thanks, and you should go to their work shop if you need help, and even buy your bike in this shop. Because Nice people always has excellent products and service.

We found our new bike shop: top, honest consultancy by Herbert for two new trecking bikes. Use their online appointment system to guarantee your time slot. Got also supplementary brakes for my old bike, and their repair garage has gentle & helpful staff. This will be our service point from now onwards.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Found my new local bike shop. My brakes were too tight and my front wheel was wobbly - but they fixed it within the hour! I will definitely be back in the future.
