The best bike repair shop - ever! I was in a bad situation. Bike and dog carrier broke down 13 km from my house. They repaired the bike plus some other things within an hour of closing time. I was soooo grateful as i could no way walk back home.

Went to another bike shop before it, won’t say which one, service was poor and the guy was trying to sell me essentially a whole new bike. Came here, he knew exactly what he was doing. Jumped right on it! 40 eur fix. Really kind and super hospitable. I’ll be back! Thanks again!

Came here due to good rating & got the best service from Velopede. Wheel centering , sent in the morning & ready for pick up by noon. Making this shop my 1st option.

This shop is amazing. Not only are they polite and very helpful, they are efficient ,fast and as good a price as can be expected in munich. Further, when a small problem developed in the gearbox, they showed me the spare part but told me they wouldn't recommend the expense for such a small defect. So they aren't trying to get the most money but rather provide the best service possible. Can't recommend enough

Very nice service. Always with a smile and they also speak English. But I did find it to be quite expensive. Other than that all great! Recommended!

2 MTB wheels (29`) for centering with the replacement of one spoke = 75 Euros.- I think you can't get it done for much less than that in munich. The work looks well done, even tho I haven't tried yet. The price for centering one wheel would be around 40 euros.

BEST REPAIR SHOP IN MUNICH! I rarely write reviews but I feel obliged to do so to help others.After the Corona pandemic Velopede was closed and I needed my bike to be fixed urgently, so I had to check other shops in Munich that were open at the time! I was shocked that all the major shops in Munich said that they do not know how to fix my bike, or they do not know what is the problem with my Mavic wheel, or just said they do not have the tools for it! some suggested I ship the wheel to the manufacturing company! other said I have to wait for 1 month just to get it checked before they give me an answer if they can fix it or not! Only yesterday Velopede was open again! and man! the Shop owner is a repair genius! he never talks BS, and unlike other repair shops that replace the whole thing and call that"repairing" he actually fixes the parts that need to be fixed. He immediately told me what is wrong with the bike, how long it takes to be fixed and how much it will cost ( which was very cheap in comparison to other shops) and instead of making me wait for a month it took him one hour to fix what others said it could not be fixed! I am super happy and now I can ride my bike again instead of sitting at home all the season waiting for other incompetent repair shops with their astronomical prices! Moreover, the lady at the reception is very sweet , very friendly and always smiling it is a very friendly place. they play good music too.
