I absolutely love this place and the only place I will bring my steel gravel bike when I come to Munich. They rapidly fixed my bent derailleur when I had flown in for a race and I was so happy I could have kissed them, especially when 2 other shops turned me away on the same day! Would highly recommend - their English is also excellent

Stopped by for some pedal grease, one person got that sorted for me, and while I was waiting, someone else gave me some solid tips on when I should bring my bike in for a check-up. Super helpful and chill crew. Loved the vibe, I’ll definitely be back!

Took 2 canyon bikes 🚲 for a JobRad checkup. One had an annoying clicking noise, they figured it out and no extra charge, really appreciate it. Communication also super easy with the system they use. For sure would recommend and come back!

I recently visited Veloroo for the first time and was very satisfied with the service. The entire team was extremely friendly and accommodating in every aspect. I always felt confident leaving my bike in their care. Anyone looking for a competent bike service in Munich is definitely in the right place here. Highly recommended! I had another on-site appointment this week and was perfectly taken care of from start to finish. Special thanks to the employee Flo for the quick and professional support.

I had to run a full check up on my VanMoof S after an accident. Benji was very helpfull and patient to gather all the info and answering my concerns. Frank was remarkable with the bike repair, it is incredible how the bike is now, much better than before. Thank you Veloroo team!

Outstanding rental service. Most helpful team I have experienced in a bike shop. Bike were great. I was lucky to demo a new Fara All Ride bike, outstanding for exploring the trails around Bavaria! Highly recommend.

Best bike shop in Munich, and it’s not even close. Great and quick service and flexible test rides with a good range of bikes. They fixed my break lever and shifting after a crash within a day to ensure I would not miss out on a weekend event. Handlebars looked better than from the factory. They are bike enthusiasts that know their stuff, and are really nice on top. Highly recommend.

Rented the Bonvelo bikes multiple times allready, very great bike. Staff was super friendly and helpful setting up the bike. Even borrowed us an allen key for on the go saddle adjustments! Highly recommend this place!

Great experience with ListNRide. Rented Geero City Comfort for my wife for testing. While picking-up the bike I've got additional help/advice regarding different bikes presented here. Thanks to that we've already chosen the next bike to test!
