Went to We like bikes because my brakes were acting up. They fixed it quickly and everything works perfectly now. Super easy and fair, would definitely come back 👍

I stayed at the hostel down the road and was surprised to find that there was no where to put my bike! Fernando helped me to figure out a solution and also do some needed repairs. Very helpful in particular for an english speaker like myself.

I had a great experience at We Like Bikes. The team was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, and they focused on what my bike actually needed instead of trying to upsell me. The mechanics clearly know their stuff (from basic bikes to e-bikes), and the service was quick, transparent, and fairly priced. Highly recommended if you’re into cycling and want a shop you can trust.

They were nice, but nice isn't enough. They took about 3 months to fix my issue, and then they charged me knowing that the costs are supposed to be covered by the company and that it is their responsibility to make sure it happens, and then to return my money (250€). After countless phones, emails and showing up at the store - they NEVER contacted me, never called me back even though they said that Fernando will call me... it has been a year since then. For me it feels like they only care about the money and that's it... I'd rather go to another place that treats me with respect.

I had an amazing experience with the team at We Like Bikes for the first service on my 3-month-old Canyon road bicycle. They weren’t focused on upselling or unnecessary expenses and honestly advised me that a service costing over €100 wasn’t needed. Instead, they took the time to check my shifter and inspect the bike thoroughly—all for free and within just 30 minutes. Thank you so much for such outstanding service! I can highly recommend We Like Bikes!

For as bad as my experience was with the Vanmoof Customer Service team the last few years, We like bikes has more than made up for it. Really friendly, honest, open team that communicates with me every step of the way. I really felt heard by everyone. They have a long wait time, but that’s because they are so thorough. It’s worth it to wait for a slot.

By luck, we wandered into this shop and had a look at their unique selection of bikes. The sales guy, I think his name is Chris, was friendly and helpful. We ended up inquiry about bike repair, and they were happy to help with our bikes even though we had bought them elsewhere. In the end, the mechanic they have was a genius and repaired our Super73 and Cannondale EBikes either the same day drop off or within a couple days. Best bike shop we have been to in Munich and we have been to a lot .
