I've been a loyal customer for years now, with several bikes. Always friendly, always professional, top-notch advice, even when it's not something the workshop itself handles, like buying a new bike. The two instructors, in particular, are very personable and professional. It's great that you guys are there :)

Very friendly staff. Everything that needed fixing was explained beforehand, and everything that had been done was also explained at pickup. Highly recommended.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Their work was consistently professional, both in the training program and in repairs. They are highly skilled, well-organized, and clearly focused on quality. Interactions were always respectful and on equal footing. An absolutely recommendable training and specialist company.

Excellent bike repair shop (and Radon service partner) with friendly staff who are happy to offer helpful tips. Top-notch service! It's a bit further out, but definitely worth the trip and easily accessible by public transport.

A fine workshop, and my BMW and I felt very well taken care of by Mr. Klaaßen. Everything was explained clearly, the work was completed faster than agreed, there seemed to be a good working atmosphere, and you got the impression that even the apprentices enjoyed their work. The price was right, and so overall it was really great and I highly recommend it!

Very professional and just super nice people. I can only recommend. The technician speaks English which is a good bonus for non-German:)
