The service is top-notch! We drove here with a YEAZ board (just over two years old) to replace a valve on a whim. It was done immediately, free of charge, without any questions or problems. The contact person was very polite and accommodating; we hadn't expected such a positive experience these days...

Great products and truly exceptional customer service that sets a new standard! I bought a pair of sunglasses from Yeaz about eight months ago. They not only look great, but they've also held up perfectly to my daily wear – no bending, no scratches, simply top quality. But what really impressed me was the customer service. After all this time, a small defect appeared in the glasses, and I contacted support. Honestly, I didn't expect such helpfulness. But to my surprise, I was offered a new pair of glasses without any fuss, and completely free of charge. I thought that was fantastic. A huge thank you to Melissa and the management team! For me, Yeaz not only has great products, but also demonstrates what customer service should be like. I will definitely shop with them again.

First of all, great customer service! The drybag I ordered on the reseller's website arrived with a damaged strap fastener. I contacted the company to find out how to solve this problem and a nice customer service employee quickly provided me with the necessary information and help. Within a few days I received a new product without unnecessary formalities and long waiting time for a complaint. I am very grateful for their help and I will definitely shop with them again.

First off: I think these are the most beautiful SUPs ever!!! It inflates in no time, is maneuverable, and a real head-turner. Even beginners can get the hang of it really quickly. I think the workmanship is top-notch, and the material feels high-quality. I'm going to enjoy the summer and I'm sure I'll have a lot of fun with my board. THANKS also to the team, the communication was great, I'm completely satisfied :))))))

Initially, everything was fine. The delivery time was long, but communication was good. Unfortunately, one leash broke immediately, and the second was already damaged in the packaging. I've written three times now and haven't received a reply.

Great customer service! Prompt response and easy communication. I have made a purchase via their website and everything is as described. Shipping is included in price and they use DHL (which is a big +). I was provided a tracking code (typically means more expensive delivery method). If a company has good customer service than product must be great! I already have one of their products, ordered a second one and I will definitely not stop there. The designs of the stand-up paddleboards are unique and offer a wide selection. The customer service is also excellent – the team in Munich responds quickly!

I needed a new blue lens for my XTRM-SUMMIT ski goggles, as they had gotten a huge scratch on my ski trip. However, the official Yeaz website only offered other colors as replacement lenses. The Yeaz team in Munich sent me a blue replacement lens completely hassle-free and without any fuss. Thank you so much! This is exactly the kind of seamless customer support I'd want! Excellent!

We recently bought two YEAZ SUP boards (on the recommendation of a friend). We now regularly use them for trips on Lake Ammersee and are thrilled. They're really fun – a definite 5 stars :-)
