After visiting today I was very impressed by the range of bikes and bike parts they have. I'm new here, can't speak german and the staff were very helpful, the workshop staff that helped me check my cassette spoke great english, you can tell they are very knowledgeable - I recommend trying them for any bike maintenance questions and new bikes!

I always appreciate their support. Typically appointments are a month in advance in summertime, so not ideal for quick needed repairs. Nonetheless, the colleagues are always helpful, work quickly while understaffed and they give me the price up front or call me to clarify the pricing before completing repairs. I always appreciate knowing what I will be paying for. Thanks for the help and will be back again soon.

Great energy from the on-site sales team. They really stand out compared to the competition. Kind and dedicated staff. We liked it more than other similar stores. Wide selection. A test track available. Not just bikes, but a full range of products. Best regards. I’ll definitely want to come back!

To be honest I wasn’t expecting a lot in terms of customer service here given my experiences in similar shops in Munich. However I was pleasantly surprised. We were helped by Ritchie who provided really excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and offered to speak English which was very helpful. He quickly helped me find a bike I liked, try it out and offered similar alternatives. I came initially to have a look but I decided to buy there and then thanks to Ritchie and his friendliness.

We received excellent service & consultation on the purchase of our daughter’s mountain bike this past weekend. Leonardo is definitely one of the most knowledgeable and personable sales associates I have come across. Would definitely recommend him personally and this shop in particular to anyone looking for a bike, e-bike, biking supplies, helmets or really anything to do with the sport of biking. The indoor track where it’s possible to test the bikes is fantastic. 5 stars all the way! 🙂
