The guys who did a simple spoke replacement and wheel truing returned my tubeless rim tape cut. The guy didn't mention it when I picked it up. €40 is definitely on the high end. No Visa, only debit or cash 🫣 Next time I'll just fix it myself. YouTube knowledge beats German master craftsman training.

Horrible experience from the store, overcharged us by quoting an unnecessary service which we did not ask for.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTIST! I went to this shop for the express purpose of getting the bicycle lock cut as the key got stuck in it. I was quoted 5€ for this job. We agreed on this amount and this was the only service that we requested. A couple of days later, a message came saying the bill is 28.50€. I was shocked. I asked Mr Claus what is the reason for this almost 6 fold increase. He mentioned that the lock was difficult to cut through and that he fixed other things. The lock is a standard folding lock and we have not asked for any extra services except for cutting the lock. When asked why he couldn't call to inform us that the bill exceeds his initial quote by so much, he told me that he trying calling and the number was not working. There was no call at all and no missed call alert either. It's all just excuses to bill us and defraud us. Really disappointed that someone cheats us like this.

I dropped my bike off for its annual inspection (without an appointment) and received a text message 48 hours later saying it was ready for pickup. I think the base price of €35.50 for the inspection is perfectly reasonable. They had to replace the rear brake, align the disc, adjust the gears, etc., which brought the total to €45.50. There's definitely a noticeable difference when riding now, and since they apparently also polished it, it looks almost brand new again. I would definitely take my bike here for inspection again and can't understand some of the negative reviews.

Delightful: Professionals at work. Today's repair: the front wheel was replaced on my 2001 KTM touring bike. The Shimano front hub had already started making noises at the beginning of 2022, but Mr. Pickl gave me the go-ahead for the next few months. This allowed me to continue riding throughout the rest of the year. But now the front wheel replacement was long overdue. While they were at it, they also repaired the lights, chain, and bell. The repair was completed within the promised timeframe, and the price was reasonable. The old bike is running like new again. Now that's sustainability. I'd gladly use their services again!

I dropped off my bike with a broken derailleur on Friday. Picked it up again on Tuesday with a new derailleur and cable. Paid €95 for everything. I'm satisfied.

Never again!!! Incompetent and very unfriendly staff, the advice was terrible, practically nonexistent when I bought a new saddle. The repair service was absolutely atrocious! I paid almost €200 for two new tires and tubes. Two weeks later, both tubes were flat. According to the shop, I'd punctured something – but they couldn't show me where. They offer no goodwill gesture whatsoever; they'd rather charge me again. I can only warn you against taking your bike there; after picking it up, it'll be more broken than before 😡

Yesterday, the frame of a used mountain bike I bought broke after a short ride on a flat road in the middle of town. When I called, I was simply told that he was off work and refused to repair it. He wasn't interested in how I was supposed to get the bike, which now consisted of two parts, back home 5 kilometers. The only service this dealer provided was to advise me to call a taxi at my own expense. I will order everything online again in the future. The service isn't any better there, but the price is more than half as much. Hopefully, some customers will read this and reconsider whether they really want to buy something from here.

The rear fender on my bike came loose, and Mr. Pickl offered several options and implemented my preferred one (repair instead of a new fender) very carefully and quickly (in one day). I've had bad experiences with bike shops in the past (where everything was always expensively replaced), and I can now highly recommend this shop!

Expensive, bad, unfriendly – never again! I had my brakes repaired at Pickel's just three weeks ago for €75 (!), and now they're broken again. When I went back to Pickel, he had the nerve to tell me he didn't even carry that brand (unfortunately, I didn't keep the receipt) – outrageous! When my daughter wanted a white bicycle basket, he refused to order it: he clearly doesn't need the business! My family and I only go to Sudi's bike shop at Winthirplatz now; it's fast, affordable, and super friendly!!!
