I was looking for a back training device. My shortlist included a T-bar, a rowing machine from the Strength Elite series, and a machine from Steelflex. After exchanging a few emails, I also received advice over the phone. The consultation was very thorough and competent; all my questions were answered clearly and concisely. In the end, I bought the Steelflex plate-load rowing machine. The package arrived after three days, extremely well-packaged. I assembled it, and it provides a fantastic training experience. I'm very happy with my decision. Thank you for the excellent advice!

Highly recommended, excellent advice and not as expensive as the industry giants. The owner himself was always easy to reach, gave me great advice (barbell with quick-release collar and various PU weights), and even sent an email with the order numbers for the items so I could order through the website. I'll definitely shop there again :-)

Unfortunately, very disappointing! I ordered two devices. The initial quote stated a delivery time of 5-10 business days. Upon placing the order, this had already increased to 10-15 business days. This was still acceptable to me and a key factor in my decision to order from AKW in the first place. I paid the full deposit immediately. One item from my order was delivered within the agreed timeframe (that's the only reason for the two stars). The second item was supposedly damaged in transit and therefore couldn't be delivered. And that's when the waiting began. The original delivery date was mid-April, but I was then told it would be at the end of May. At the end of May, I waited in vain for further information. Emails were not answered (from the very beginning, even when the quote was being prepared), only after days/weeks later, or only after a phone call. Eventually, I was informed that the delivery date wouldn't be before July. In July, it was then August. Finally, at the beginning of August, the delivery arrived. The original delivery date was mid-April, but then I was told it would be at least August. As I only learned while waiting, AKW is merely an intermediary. Therefore, AKW conveniently shifted all blame to the supplier and did nothing to expedite the delivery process (many excuses: hands tied, no contact person at the supplier, no phone number, etc.). Oh yes, both items had several minor defects and were partially poorly made. So, unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering from AKW. Delivery dates are not met, they are difficult to reach, and they don't address problems while they're already making money.

We are extremely satisfied with AKW Fitness. After placing our order, we received a call from the owner himself, who very kindly inquired about the situation to ensure we could transport the ordered treadmill to its destination. The very next day, we received confirmation of our payment (prepayment with a discount 👍🏻) and the invoice was sent along. Shortly thereafter, we were informed of the delivery time, which was met, and we received the treadmill directly from the manufacturer approximately four weeks after ordering. We are very grateful for this excellent transaction and will definitely order again if needed.

I ordered a spin bike from AKW and unfortunately had to return it. (This had nothing to do with the bike or AKW itself). What I can say is that AKW's service is absolutely top-notch. The initial delivery was quick, the call regarding the return was also immediate, and AKW picked up the bike the same day. The staff on the phone were always very friendly. I've had different experiences at other gyms, so 5 stars and a thumbs up for that! I would definitely order from AKW again.

I ordered an Apollo XL rowing machine. Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Wednesday! Unfortunately, the monitor was broken. The managing director responded to my email within half an hour and immediately arranged for a replacement. Fantastic! I've rarely (if ever) experienced such excellent service... P.S.: The price was also great, and with prepayment, it was even cheaper than elsewhere... I highly recommend them!

I bought a Life Fitness IC5 indoor bike. It was delivered two days later by Schenker. Better than all the other huge online shops out there. Great job! Keep it up! And thank you very much. Everything worked perfectly ;-)

I ordered a weight bench from AKW about six weeks ago. The shop is well-organized and the customer service is very friendly. The heavy delivery was carried up to the third floor by the courier within a few days. The workmanship is excellent, and I would definitely order from them again. Great value for money!
