I simply wanted to inquire whether there was an e-bike with brakes I could operate despite my arthritis in my fingers, and one with gears that didn't require strenuous thumb shifting. The incredibly understanding salesperson gave me excellent advice and found the perfect bike for me among the many options. Everything was explained and demonstrated in detail. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

Competent advice, very friendly staff. I got an appointment very quickly and received excellent advice on a new bike. I received detailed explanations of the chosen model, and once the bike arrived, it was professionally adjusted for me, and I was able to test ride it in the showroom. The advice on a suitable helmet was also very competent.

5 stars for excellent advice and service. We bought a bicycle for our daughter. She really had time to choose the right one. The advice was exemplary. Pickup went smoothly on the agreed date. The bicycle was professionally assembled and everything adjusted perfectly for our daughter. I can highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Excellent advice; you can tell the staff are experts! Since this is our first e-bike and we had some beginner questions, the friendly saleswoman gave us fantastic advice and answered all our questions in detail. A short test ride in front of the store was also possible. Everything was straightforward. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. A huge selection of different bikes. There's something for everyone, for adults and children alike. The staff immediately offered their help and asked if they needed anything. The service was amazing. I felt very comfortable there. The consultant (Steffi H.) took plenty of time to explain everything to me. I ordered the bike on Friday and picked it up on Saturday. Quick and hassle-free. I can personally recommend this store to everyone. If I could give it six stars, I would.

We bought the bike for our four-year-old son a few weeks ago – and we're absolutely thrilled! Steffi was super friendly on the phone and immediately prepared the bike for us. The next day, everything was ready, even a kickstand was installed. The advice was excellent, and the entire team – including the manager – was very friendly and competent. All-around fantastic service! We'd love to come back and highly recommend the shop. 🚴♂️💫

The shop has an amazing bicycles and e-bike and you will have a good guarantee depending on the bicycle you are buying the workers there so friendly and they have more time to talk to you and the good part of it is that you can ride the bicycle round inside the store not until you are satisfied.and a special greeting to one of the staff that stood by me when purchasing my bicycle his name is Maik schotz.And if you are looking for a place to buy a new bicycle I will recommend cube store for you in neumarkt oberfalz.
