My wife and I enjoy shopping here. We've found the customer service so far to be very friendly and helpful. Of all the employees, we'd especially like to highlight "Niki." She's very knowledgeable and friendly. We also always find good quality in the store, with contemporary designs and, every now and then, some great bargains 😊.

I was there Saturday afternoon. I wanted to have a gait analysis done. They were only able to do a "foot scan" while I was standing. The very friendly staff member recommended a gym where I then had the gait analysis done. I tried on at least 10 pairs of shoes, with and without insoles, etc. I really have difficult feet... but the saleswoman was incredibly friendly, professional, motivated, and warm the whole time, and she gave me excellent advice. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, but she only works on Saturdays. I haven't had such a great shopping experience in a long time.

The staff is super friendly, helping with their experts whatever you need , I'm totally happy with Hervis! Just can recommend them! If I can advise go and ask Jürgen, he is the best 😁

The shop is very nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of clothing for various sports. The shop is located right by the entrance. I'd gladly come again.

👟 Unlike all the other negative reviews here, I found exactly what I was looking for: sports shoes, and in my exact brand and size. I can't say much about the staff, as I didn't ask for any assistance. I knew exactly what I wanted (brand, color, size). The store layout is clear and easy to navigate.
