I dropped off my old youth bike there. Great service, great value for money, and, above all, super fast. My bike works perfectly again after years of storage. I'm very satisfied and can only highly recommend the guys. I called earlier and then drove by after arranging it; it went perfectly. Keep it up ;) If anything happens, we'll be back.

The company doesn't respond to calls, emails, or anything else; I haven't received my goods. Canceled within 14 days, and they still want my money. I'll have to contact the police.

I took my bike there for repair because the gears weren't working. All my attempts to adjust them were unsuccessful, and the initial estimate was €120, as they suspected the gears would need replacing. In the end, it only cost €20 because a pin on the gear lever was bent, and the workshop simply straightened it with meticulous precision. It's worked perfectly ever since, and I didn't have to throw away what was practically a new gear system. Where can you still find a workshop that doesn't try to squeeze every last penny out of you? Right here… 5 out of 5 stars for the fantastic service!

I'm more than satisfied with the friendliness and expertise. On top of that, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and as a bonus, I was able to get an appointment the same day! I can wholeheartedly recommend MA-Bikeservice and will only have my bike serviced and repaired there from now on. I was passing through on my bike and had problems with the hub and coaster brake. They helped me just before closing time, quickly, and inexpensively. Other local bike repair shops had turned me down. Thanks to the great team, our eight-day bike tour was saved. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, I got another flat tire yesterday after having the inner tube replaced in my front wheel. I'd ridden about 4 km and was standing by the canal near Neumarkt. Since I didn't have a puncture repair kit or a spare inner tube with me, I called the company in complete frustration, and the employee immediately said, "No problem, where are you? I'll come and get you." About fifteen minutes later, he was at the scene of my breakdown and brought my bike and me to the workshop. Incredible! There, two mechanics fitted a new inner tube AND a new tire. Today I cycled 50 km through this beautiful area and haven't had another flat. What's great is not only that a wonderful team helped me, but also that the bill was more than fair. The mechanic admitted his mistake in not immediately fitting a new tire and only charged me for the new tire. There was no discussion. IN SHORT: An incredibly great, competent, and fair workshop crew. THANK YOU!!!

We took two e-bikes to MA Bike Service because our gears weren't shifting properly. Even though we didn't have an appointment, we were helped immediately, and the gears were adjusted perfectly. The team is extremely friendly and competent (the price/performance ratio is unbeatable). If they were awarded six stars, they would get them from us. We're happy to have such a workshop in Munich and would come back anytime.
